Good sized room in nice location, next to shopping mall. Helpful staff kept our luggage for us for 3 nights while we went on a tour. Nice breakfast

We encountered a slight issue with the breakfast on our second day at the hotel and brought it to managements attention. The issue was the direct result of the war with Iran and the lack of cooking fuel (not within the hotel's control). The F&B Manager, Rajmohan Nair, personally ensured that our breakfast issue was addressed. We also wanted to move closer to Fort Cochi and wondered on the possibility of moving to a sister hotel in that part of the city. The corporate manager, Anup Kumar, personally arranged that we transfer with credit to the Abad Dutch Bungalow Hotel for the remainder of our 5 day hotel reservation. Such personal attention to detail was very much appreciated and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Lastly, I want to thank the front desk person, Devu, for her professionalism in making all of this happen.

The location was great for bars and restaurants and close to be able to get the Ferry over to Fort Kochi. Breakfast had plenty of options and an egg station. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were courteous and polite. A great experience and would definitely look to stay again if back in Kochi.
Don't think it had a bar but bars close by anyway so not an issue.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good and it was nice to have a cafe on site that served nice food.
A lot of the building, and our room, had a musty odour. It could have smelt fresher.

No geral, gostamos do hotel. A localização é boa e a equipe foi geralmente cordial. No entanto, tivemos alguns problemas com nossa reserva.
Fizemos a reserva com bastante antecedência, no dia 6 de janeiro, especificamente para um quarto superior com uma janela grande. Quando chegamos ao hotel, havia uma celebração de Pongal nas ruas e o hotel estava cheio. Por causa disso, nos deram um quarto diferente do que havíamos reservado.
No dia seguinte, tivemos que mostrar a foto do quarto que havíamos reservado originalmente. Depois de esperar por algum tempo, finalmente nos deram o quarto correto.
Achamos essa situação inapropriada, pois o quarto havia sido reservado com dois meses de antecedência e deveria ter sido mantido para nós.
Outro pequeno problema foi o secador de cabelo do quarto. Ele funcionava apenas por cerca de dois minutos e depois parava de funcionar quando aquecia. Felizmente, eu sempre levo meu próprio secador em minhas viagens, então isso não se tornou um grande problema para nós.
Apesar dessas questões, apreciamos o hotel e esperamos que possam melhorar a atenção às reservas para que os hóspedes recebam exatamente o quarto que reservaram.
