Pros:

wardrobes doesnt have handles to open, noise coming inside the room.
key cards not working, everytime need to call reception to open the room.

Once a grand hotel
Pros:

Spacious rooms, ice cold air, friendly staff but everything under renovation and I do mean everything. Jackhammers any time of day and sometimes even night. Meh buffet breakfast, but better than some. Located on extremely busy street on a less than quaint part of town (ghetto by American standards). Deal breaker however was the kitchen, OMG!!! Never had anything other than in-the-shell hard-boiled eggs and dry toast for breakfast afterwards as the kitchen was absolutely digustingly filthy.
