Staff at the reception could have been more courteous and polite and patient enough to collect the payment imdtly and i factory the room given to us was not at all cooling and then we needed to complain so they changed our room and that room also had the same issue and again we had to chage the room and later in the night the water for dropping from the a/c ducting and after complaining and demanded the cancellation and refund for my money after a lot of arguments they upgraded our room to sweet and that was ok for us but it was a very bad experience for us

Cons:

Non supportive staff. Bathroom issues were not fixed until last day when we told them that we will checkout earlier. Even earlier checkout was not entertained and we were forced to pay for last day even. Disappointing feedback from property staff.

Pros:

The location is fantastic, can't say anything else about the hotel.

Cons:

Dirty bathroom, no bar in the premises. The tariff should be half based on what the guests are offered.

Pros:

Food was tasty but the room was not clean and toilet was very very smelly I requested for Early check in which was also confirmed by the hotel management but they still made us wait in fact after seeing that I was traveling with child
Staff is not at all friendly

Delux room was ok but not for repeat
Pros:

Location was good, but the rooms are old. We had a delux room it was ok but the standaard room was very old and muff. The price was very high. Entree is nice and staff was vriendly

Please avoid this hotel, else you will regret visiting here.

Cons:

Wifi was extremely horrible, almost not working throughout my stay, even after complaining to the hotel staff there was no action. AC was another problem, you cannot change the temperature and there was constant water leakage from the AC and we had to call the staff to clean, for all these faults, booking.com had set a higher price without even checking the below standard facilities offered by the Hotel.
