Food needs a lot of improvement as I didn’t like any. Room service ok, management needs to take any complaints very seriously as I felt there was negligence while I called them up at 1 AM. Overall ok

It was not the greatest experiance because the moment we entered into our rooms the sheets were dirty with tiny holes everywhere on it. The food was excellent. The hotel looks stunning but the services for the rooms could be better. Overall I call this as an average experience.

I enjoyed the hotel a lot but while leaving the receptionist falsely accused me of burning the kettle and are now telling me and my friends to pay, what a scam...other facilities were good but some mattress were harder than the other and the jewelry shop is really good and the man there is kind
