Not worth for money, did not deserve 3* rating
Pros:

Airconditioner is not functioning properly. Toilets are worst with no ventilation fan, toilet seats are dirty. Water tap is noisy. Not worth spending 4.3k per night for this worst room, especially toilet. Service is good but maintenance is worst.

The front office staff excellent. Lovely customer service. Jennifer and Nagaraj went out of their way to please us with all our requests.
The restaurant staff needs great improvement regarding clients needs. Rather layed back and no attention to client needs.
House keeping staff were good and polite.

Staff are very courteous and very helpful. They ever ready to assist with anything.
Pros:

Quite close to all the ammenities, mostly station etc. was close to friends and family
Area is very quiet. Commuting was very easy.

Wonderful birthday celebration
Pros:

We had a first birthday celebration at Beverly hotel. The food was very tasty and the hospitality was excellent. Kalai and Kannapan did a great job of organising and catering to all our requests. We would highly recommend Beverly for any celebration
