Pros:

Restaurant and room service was good.

Cons:

I booked for myself and my daughter 17 yrs old.Unfortunately my daughter couldn't join me.But I have paid the amount for 1 adult and 1child.
When I asked for compensation,the front desk staffs told the age of my daughter has been entered as 0 to 1 Yr.They told it is from booking.com.
How could this happen?
Kindly solve this issue.
I am not happy about the money I have spent.

Staff and breakfast was good

Cons:

Room had a strong odor ,moldy. The size of the room was small. Bedsheet and comforter had to be changed as they had stains.

Helped make our stay in Chennai memorable
Pros:

The reception staff Karthik, Moses and Kumaresan were very helpful, informative and professional. Housekeeping Bikas was also very helpful.
Food was excellent at La Cabana Bar/Restaurant and staff Subham and Vasuli helped make our meals an enjoyable experience!

Cons:

I would be hard pressed to find any fault with any department of the hotel!

we enjoy the hospitality overall ,would recommend others
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely ,local and continent food

Cons:

The manager Mr Karthik didn't support at all for helping out me as I had death in my family and had to check out early. He was very adamant without making any efforts at all to find out any way out to help me. Very bad experience without any humanitarian behaviour.
