We had a wonderful time here! The service was amazing, the staff were so nice, and the breakfast and dinner buffet were extraordinary. The food options were many and they met all our friends’ diet needs.
Sathiya and Ramkumar, and Joseph were sooo helpful with our checkout and made it all so easy. I can’t wait to go back!

The Residency is always number one option for luxury at minimal cost. Good services from Mr. Sathiya and Mr Nihash for fast check-in. Mr Joseph was helpful in carrying the luggages and explaining the amenities.

I highly recommend The Residency.. Everything from location, Services, amenities, rooms are up to standard. Food lovers: The Pavilion is the go-to place to have amazing food.
Kudos to Arpit, Soumita and Nihash for the great job. Hotel staff is very helpful and courteous.
Most shops are within walking distance.

Anil and Arpit at the front desk and also Marimuthu were extremely helpful and above and beyond to assist us.

The room is comfortable and the staffs are very helpful . Jaseph was always ready to help us. The reception staffs were also ever ready to fulfill our requests . Duty manager Satya and the front desk staff Arpit was very helpful too. Overall it was a pleasant stay .

Ramkumar helped me at the reception each time I visited chennai been regular customer of the residency , clean room, staff are friendly , here their laundry service is good , even general manager Venkatesh greeted me.
Harmony hall has meeting room for 100 people occupancy and also chin chin restaurant for Chinese craving, and the right place another restaurant for mid night cravings . Amazing experience as always.

I really liked the stay as it’s in the prime location for shopping and access to transport services with great amenities, amazing breakfast buffet and cleanliness. Staffs in the reception like arpit, soumita and manimozhi also assisted well. But I’d prefer having a spa in the hotel.
