Had a wonderful stay in Hotel Residency
Helpful Pavillion Rest staff e.g. Rahamath, Lakshmi & Mgr Madhan. Thanks to housekeeping staff who kept my room clean.
Black & White Bar & Rest with great singers truly enjoyed my night here. Food was was ok too.

Mr Anil and Mr Arpit did a very good job managing check-in and other services during our stay and every staffs were very helpful too even during breakfast in pavilion cafe. Ms. Rebeka also helped during room services and coffee machine.

Overall, the complimentary breakfast was good, with a wide variety of food options, including vegetarian choices. The room was generally clean; however, the toilet area was not well maintained. We also noticed three small cockroaches in the room.
It would be advisable for the hotel management to arrange proper pest control and improve bathroom cleanliness to ensure a better guest experience.

It was lovely and nice great atmosphere and it is a highly recommended place

The buffet lunch was great. Ms Rahamath serving us as the lead server was most efficient and cheerful and went the extra mile. Great job by her.

We had great experience in ‘THE RESIDENCY’. We went as a family of more than 50 members to have a get together for my parent’s 25th anniversary at the pavilion restaurant in The residency and the support they gave was awesome. Thank you to mr. Dinesh for making it all possible.He made everything smooth and we will never forget the support he gave us to make this dinner possible.He took care of the entire thing and managed the crowd really well on the day of event.All the waiters have done their job really well. The service was wonderful. Last but not the least the taste was amazinggggggg ❤️. We didn’t expect everything to be this good!! Thank you to the management and mr. Dinesh for the best experience.✨

We had a very pleasant stay at The Residency. The Hotel has a fantastic location, easily accessible to the heart of Chennai. The entire team were very courteous and also generously accommodated an early check-in. The rooms were neat and clean and the room service was prompt and excellent. They also have a wonderful breakfast spread. I will highly recommend The Residency for your stay at Chennai

Breakfast was good, and the location is close to the shopping area, which makes it a great choice for the stay. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time here! The service was amazing, the staff were so nice, and the breakfast and dinner buffet were extraordinary. The food options were many and they met all our friends’ diet needs.
Sathiya and Ramkumar, and Joseph were sooo helpful with our checkout and made it all so easy. I can’t wait to go back!
