It was a pleasant visit and stay at Residency. We always stay here as its convenient and nearby to all the amenities. My son enjoys as all the staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the hospitality

Beautiful experience with caring staff

When l checked in they make me pay full in advance.From 3 nights,l wanted checked out 2nd and 3rd night,my relatives there invited me to stay with them, but the lady in front desk told us you can not do that,we only refund 1 night,1 night will charged for nothing.This is because l payed full on check in time,this is a lesson l learnt never pay full when checking in time.

The hotel experience was good. The rooms were clean. The service was very friendly, especially Ramamurthy.

The rooms can be much freshened up though, it seems slightly old.

When we first entered, the ambience immediately struck us. It was cool and quiet, and the staff quickly welcomed us in and had us sat. The table was perfectly arranged and the entire room was very clean. Our server Ravi answered our every question, and Nandha , Anisha and Bandana Nitesh were always there to help serve us our portions before setting down the dish for us to consume at our leisure. The dishes were wonderfully priced and we ate to our hearts content.

We visited Residency recently for a dine in, and as awaits they have been best in the quality, quantity, service & value for money. The staff are very courteous and friendly. Ravi & Bhandana served us very kindly and har checked on the us and suggested the right food to choose. They ensured they accommodated all our requests and changed we asked in food. I will surely suggest it for Asian food in T Nagar.

Great place - excellent service . Rooms are well serviced and always clean. Noise level is minimal. My only negative is there is no formal lounge area-that which is there is only for very temporary seating and refreshments etc is not allowed there. Other than this I would provide a very high rating for this establishment. Staff are well trained and provide excellent service. This establishment pride themselves on good hygiene- well done!

Excellent room with clean bathroom facilities. Great hot breakfast with several choices. Easy check in and out. Friendly helping staff is a plus.

The Pavilion Team arranged a lovely large gathering lunch for 50 with a wonderful curated menu, kudos to the Chrf and the whole team.

Had a great time here with our family. The staff named Suresh, Rahamth, Vaishnavi, Dinesh, Krishna, Srijan and Rini were very good, provided great service. The food we had was delicious. Highly recommendedend!

Hosted my wife's birthday party here with a large party of adults and kids.

Deepak and team took lovely care of us. The food has always been brilliant and it didn't disappoint.

Chef Varun came out to greet us. Made us feel special.

The food here is really good. We have been here few times and everytime they maintain the same taste and service is really good.

Excellent customer service.
Front desk is amazing, especially Arthi, Anil and Arpit. They deserve a high pay raise.
Breakfast buffet is good. Both Pavilion and The Right Place serves delicious food and Chef Sekar whips up anything that you requests. Restaurant manager Peter is very friendly as well. Housekeeping staffs are hardworking boys who never ask or wait for tips. Rooms are very clean too although the rooms can be revamped a bit. There’s a fairly decent gym as well.
