Cons:

I called before arriving, and the staff told me that there was no reservation under my name, even though I had paid online and the amount I paid was quite substantial. I also haven’t received my money back, and I had to find alternative accommodation.

Posizione perfetta dopo essere arrivata in tarda serata a Porte Maillot da Parigi Beauvais. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato una caraffa di acqua, molto apprezzata. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli alla reception il giorno dopo, fino a metà pomeriggio.
Quindi cordialità dello staff come punto forte

Cons:

Camera veramente molto piccola e datata, poco illuminata. Sarebbe necessario rimodernare un pò le camere, togliere la moquette, rifare i bagni.

Everything was good, friendly service, lift, nicely decorated room, loved the sofa and table for area for relaxing in room, comfie bed. Nice tea area down stairs. Hotel great location for flix bus connection, easy smooth walk with suitcases, nice neighborhood, supermarket nearby, bakery in hotel street. Near metro and bus 43.

Thank you Neuilly Park for saving our trip.
Pros:

Location is superb. . Friendly and helpful staff. We booked this at the last minute because our apartment via booking.com was cancelled (that's the second cancelled apartment for the same trip)the night before we were due to go there. We were glad to find it . Luxury room was great but due to the heat, we found the second of the rooms too small so asked to move. We got a much better room the next day for a small supplement. Breakfast was really good but check whether it's included in price. Staff could not be more helpful.

Cons:

A fridge in all rooms would be handy especially during high temperatures. Bins could be bigger in some rooms. Air conditioning units are very noisy but very necessary.

Ottima posizione vicina alla linea metro gialla, se interessa stare in quella zona. Staff gentile.

Fetore in bagno appena entrata in stanza…sarebbe utile controllare prima questi aspetti!
Stanza piccola e piuttosto scomoda.
Prese di corrente mal posizionate.
Della Bibbia in camera, poi, non ce ne facciamo molto…
