A little tired but in a very good location at a fair price
Pros:

Perfect location for old town and yet the area was quiet at night (May). The staff were friendly.

Cons:

Could really use some new pillows, duvets and beds/mattresses. A traditional breakfast was provided but couldn’t find much to our taste.

Excellent location centre of old town. Good breakfast buffet. A selection that will fulfill most demands.

No complaints.
If breakfast tables would get a bit more tender loving deco eg place mats, that would make a more cosy impression.

Pros:

Персонал: на ресепшене встретили очень любезно. Интерьер: внутри сохранилась подлинная историческая кирпичная кладка. Атмосфера: в номерах и коридорах было очень тихо. Расположение у гостиницы просто прекрасное.

Cons:

Шум. При открытых окнах слышны звуки с улицы, но это не вина отеля. Пожелание: хотелось бы видеть бесплатную бутылку воды в номере.

Pros:

The hotel is close to all the Old Town's attractions. It has a very interesting interior. Peace and quiet. Friendly staff. The breakfast is delicious and varied.

Lokalizacja super i tutaj dałbym 5*,ale tylko za to!
Posiłki smaczne i urozmaicone na dobrym poziomie!Obsluga staje na wysokości zadania👌

Nie rozumiem skąd ten obiekt ma 4*,poza super lokalizacją i dobrymi posiłkami obiekt o takich parametrach powinien spełniać też inne wymagania,których zdecydowanie brakuje! Telewizor wielkości monitora komputera z 12 programami w wielu dziwnych językach z czego działały 4 😮😮! Poduszka do spania wielkości jaśka i to jedna co utrudnia normalny wypoczynek? Nieprzyjemny zapach z łazienki podobnie jak wielkość pojemników z mydłem i szamponem praktycznie na raz!!! Do dziś wydawało mi się że zawyżanie standardu jest normą w krajach np.Turcja,Egipt ale okazuje sie że również w Europie??
Hotel zasługuje moim zdaniem na dobre oceny na poziomie 8-9 ale napewno nie na 4*😮😮😮

Nice hotel BUT...
Pros:

The hotel was very nice, with a great location to explore Riga and nice well equipped rooms.

Cons:

Initially, I booked 5 rooms. Later, I cancelled one room in advance, and another room was cancelled the day before arrival, for which I paid the one-night cancellation fee (around €80) without any issue.

However, upon arrival, the reception staff informed me that because my reservation was considered a “group booking,” I would also have to pay an additional €240 cancellation fee on top of the late cancellation charge. During most of my stay, I had to repeatedly argue with the reception staff, that booking 5 rooms (1 double room and 4 single rooms) should be classified as a group booking. We were left with a very negative feeling regarding the customer service!

Peatusin hotellis Justus teist korda ning kavatsen seda teha ka edaspidiselt.
Pros:

Hommikusöögi valik mitmekesine ja minu valitud palad olid väga matsvad. Teenindajad kiired ja lahked. Söögisaalis oli piisavalt ruumi ja istekohti.
