Smukt hotel i en smuk gammel by😊
Pros:

Smuk og original designet hotel. Dejligt med et stort badeværelse, hvor vandet ikke sprøjter over det hele.
Være obs på en kirke lige ved siden af. Dvs. vækning af kirkeklokkerne engang imellem. Fantastisk beliggenhed i den smukke gl. by. Gåafstand til så mange seværdigheder. Søde personale.

Cons:

Morgenmaden var ok. Men en 4 stjernet hotel bør have bedre morgenmad. Og bedre udvalg/variation. Vores badeværelse havde 2 ud af 3 defekte lys og vores datters badeværelse havde 1 defekt pære. Vi sagde det til rengøringen, men det blev ikke udskiftet. Vi har også bedt receptionen om en ekstra hovedpude, men fik den ikke. Vi var der i 4 nætter.

For a his value if money can find better hotel in old Riga
Pros:

A breakfast was good, location was also good in a heart of old Riga, staff was friendly.

Cons:

The pillows could be bigger or an extra pillows in a room , two chairs in a room for two persons and bigger wardrobe, the window can’t close as well. A room is looks like poor, isn’t according to 4 stars hotel. But different areas are looking excellent(like reception, restaurant etc. ) for

Ein schlecht geführtes Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage direkt an der Altstadt. Der Kaffee war das einzige, was beim Frühstück geschmeckt hat. Die Dusche war geräumig.

Cons:

Generell war das Personal hart an der Grenze zur Unhöflichkeit. Das Frühstück war schlecht und nachlässig angerichtet. Die Bettlaken so klein, dass sie nicht auf den Betten hielten. Keine Steckdose im Bad.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, unmittelbar in der Altstadt, man erreicht alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.

Cons:

Das Personal ist unfreundlich, grüssen die Gäste nicht mal. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr eingeschränkt. Handtücher mit Löchern, abgebrochener Klobürstengriff, verstopfter Abfluss in der Dusche. Alles zusammen entspricht es auf keinen Fall vier Sternen, eher drei.
