A good option for a short stay in Rennes. Convenient parking lot across the street.
Excellent location with supermarkets and bakeries close buy. Easy route to city centre by bus or on foot. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel staff were responsive. They had even arranged for a wonderful crib for my baby. There is private parking lot as well.
The shower gun holder was broken, so taken bath was bit clumsy

the microwave didn't work, there were only 2 towels for 4 people, it was cold at night because the ventilation was on and they couldn't turn it off.
I like how easy it was to check in
I expected my room to be cleaned like mop the floor and change bedsheets at else once during my stay but that service was not giving and that bothered me as I was travelling with my children. I wasn't happy about that.
Location next to uni
Poor safety overall. Everyone can enter the place and use the elevator as long as they know the passcode. For instance, one guy sitting inside was most likely a homeless person. That’s not reassuring. Also, what’s up with the kitchen stove in every apartment? Do I just sleep on the 5th floor and trust everyone on the five stories below me won’t set the whole place on fire? Lastly, the bed had no support under it - it was like a fold-out hospital bed
