The staff the dirty rooms the being locked out of my room for an entire day with my pets trapped inside
Large room, reasonable & prompt breakfast.
On the FOURTH day that we requested, and were promised maid service, we finally got it. (I do not include Holidays or Sundays). It was clear that the requests to the front desk never made it to the maid. Management reacted defensively to our complaint re such. Also the indoor pool lacked a heater the entire 8 days that we were there, to the disappointment of my grandkids.
Liked the location, room layout. Gym was great. Could have a few more options and water.
Loved the hot water and coffee all day. Front desk girl was very sweet and friendly.
Room could be a little cleaner. There was pee in the toilet on arrival to our room, coffee in the coffee machine. Dusty around the corners. But overall bedding and towels were clean

They're renovating so not so clean feeling
Our room had trash under the sink from the previous guests. The kitchen area was missing several items - very few things left for guests to use. We had very little toilet paper with no extra in the room. There were no ice machines for guests - I had to ask front desk who went into the kitchen to get me ice. There was a refrigerator and ice maker but there was no ice when we arrived. It did make ice eventually but took a long time and was only half full after 3 days.
The water was scalding hot. We had to turn on all 3 faucets and run hot water so the shower would be cool enough to actually use. We called and told the front desk- they said they were aware of the problem. There was no warning for us that the water was a potential burn hazard- we had to figure it out for ourselves.
There was construction going on at the hotel - hopefully some of these issues will be fixed when they are done.
Renovations so everything is messy and our microwave was broken, but better than other places because air conditioners are central and not a window unit.
It was quiet.
There was no ice machine for guest use.
Price was great
The ac in the room didn't work at night during the day it did okay but at night it won't blow no cold air
