The plants around the motel were lovely.
Filthy. Filthy. Filthy. The pool was full of urine from all the kids. The buffet food was overcooked and unhealthy. The staff actually asked for tips and got irritated when we didn’t tip every day for bad service. Breakfast was served cold. Miscellaneous hair in the beds and bathroom. Window in the room was broken and not closed secure. Ac unit very noisy banging and on its last leg. Front desk staff were not helpful at all. No one offered any advice nor how to do things while on the grounds. Had to figure it out. Staff was very irritated by our lack of knowledge. We left early because we were so Uncomfortable and disgusted with the room, the food, and the staff. Totally unacceptable and GROSS. Disgusting behavior from Staffers. A true example of Communism. Literally the worst experience ever!!!! Zero hospitality services. Instead staff said they were poor and insisted that we had to tip them because we owed them. It was the most offensive and disgusting experience we have ever had in Mexico. Pure Communism! Stay away from this terrible Motel. We could go on and on about how Terrible this motel is!!! On the other hand The weather was nice.

I had an issue with the room price, so I decided to book online to get us a better price, she got upset about it ,dont know what happened, she left us in the office one time ,she said (it takes time for booking com. To go through) came back still with a rude face expression, then she try to charge us, when im showing her on my phone, they had already charged my bank, she got upset again, left the office for the second time (saying something about checking up on that) didn't understand why?? When the computer was right infront of her??? Then we had the security say she had went to eat!!!!!!!! I Found it very disrespectful, very Rude of her to have left us there, lied about what she went to go do, instead of finding a solution to the problem......I tried to cancel my transaction with my bank, after she came back 20min later she was more calm about the whole situation, could have been she was just hungry........idk, but we have never experienced an issue like that, as we've stayed there like 2 times before, but we do stay at rosarito in the same hotel (del mar)more often,, could say once every other month, and im sorry, but the staff overthere are the Best ,from office staff ,security staff, restaurant & cleaning staff, all are super friendly, helpful make u feel at home ,always smiling....sorry but we won't be staying there (del mar in tijuana)ever again!!!!!!!!
