היה מהמם ונחזור שוב!!

הצוות היה ממש חמוד ועזר לנו מאוד
שידרגו אותנו לחדר גדול יותר
הארוחת בוקר הייתה ממש מוצלחת

בקבלה פגשנו את מוחמד ועבדאללה מאוד אדיבים, נותנים שירות טוב ומענה לכל בקשה. שהייה כיפית, קרוב להכל, אוכל בארוחת בוקר מעולה מעל למצופה!! כל הצוות במלון שירותי מאוד.

האמבטיה - מורידה את הרמה של החדר. וזה חבל מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר פשוטה מאוד ואף מאכזבת.

השירות של העובדים, בקבלה במיוחד מדהים ולבבי ושי-לי מהממת ויצאה מגדרה לעזור לנו, אפילו אחרי שסיימה את המשמרת והייתה נעימה לאורך כל הדרך, מלכה
כל מה שביקשנו נענה מיד ובחיוך
המיטה בחדר ממש נוחה שזה חשוב לנו
זרם מים במקלחת מעולה
האוכל בחדר אוכל מגוון וטעים. הכינו לנו קפה גם אחרי השעת סגירה והגיש לשולחן
אהבנו שלא סוגרים את החדר אוכל ואפשר להמשיך לאכול ולשבת. אין לחץ כמו במקומות אחרים שמיד מתחילים לאסוף הכול בשעת הסגירה
.אנחנו תמיד מאחרים לארוחת בוקר ולפעמים מפספסים אז זה מתאים לנו
והכי שאפשר היה להביא את הכלב המתוק שלנו

ביקשנו שדרוג לסוויטה נשארנו לילה נוסף ספונטני בגלל מזג אויר וצפי לחסימת כבישים. גם ככה היה פנוי וזה לא העונה ולא קיבלנו.. ביאס
הדלת של המקלחת שירותים היא זכוכית לא אטומה יש רווח בין הדלת לקיר ככה ששומעים הכול וגם ככה החדר קטן.
