מדהים בוודאות אחזור למלון הזה שוב
Pros:

מיקום מדהים בדיוק במרכז העניינים.
מלון נקי מאוד, בריכה כיפית
בנוסף שירות אדיב ואישי, ביקשנו פן לחדר תוך דקה הביאו לנו.
טלויזיה מלאה בערוצי סרטים וכדומה ממש חופשה מדהימה נהננו מכל רגע.

השהייה הייתה מצויינת
Pros:

הצוות היה מאוד אדיב וסבלני עזר בכל דבר והיה מענה לכלל הדברים.
הבריכה מעולה, פינות הישיבה טובות והמרפסת נוחה, ארוחת הבוקר טובה

Cons:

רשום שיש חדר כושר והמציאות היא שלא באמת יש הליכון אחד, מתקן סטפר, ספת "כושר" ואיזה שתי זוגות משקולת של 2 ק"ג, החדר לא נקי ולא מסודר, הארון שבור שם ונראה שאף אחד לא מטפל בחדר הזה.
יש שעות מסוימות שלא היה מים חמים בחדר ולקח להם הרבה זמן להתחמם לא ברורה הסיבה.

מקום נחמד. מחיר קצת גבוה ביחס לתמורה.
Pros:

1. מיקום טוב, סמוך לטיילת.
2. צוות מאד נעים ושרותי.

Cons:

1. ההרגשה שהמלון מרופט. אולי הסטנדרטים שלי קצת גבוהים אבל ביחס לציון שהמלון קיבל הייתי קצת המומה כשראיתי את החדר. בחדר אין אפילו כיסא או מעמד להניח מזוודה אם לא רוצים לאחסן את הדברים בארון.
2. בפרסום כתוב שיש חניה. בפועל יש חניה על בסיס מקום פנוי. כדאי שהאורחים ידעו זאת מראש.
3. ארוחת בוקר סבירה ואפילו נחמדה. יש מקום לשפר את המאפים. התחום הזה דל וחלש. ביום ראשון 29/3 בארוחת הבוקר המטבח כבר הוכשר לפסח ולכן הוגשו מצות במקום לחמים. כדאי לידע מראש את האורחים.

המיקום של המלון במקום מעולה, הצוות אדיב ומאוד מאוד מסייע ורוצה לעזור ולטפל בבעיות

Cons:

החדר והמלון עצמו לא הכי נקי, השטיח מלוכלך , החדרים גם לא הכי נקיים, הסדינים אפילו ששמו לנו היו לא בגודל נכון ואפילו לא היה ניתן לסגור אותם. מעל הארון היה כמות אבק ממש גדולה.

Pros:

עוד לפני שהגענו התקשרו לברר אם אפשר להתארח מתחת ל18 ושלי מהקבלה עזרה לנו בסבלנות וביעילות. כשהגענו למלון החבר׳ה בקבלה היו נחמדים מאוד ונתנו לנו לבצע צ׳ק אין מוקדם, ובמהלך כל השהייה שלנו קיבלו יחס אישי וטוב.
המלון במרחק 3 דקות הליכה מהטיילת,5 דקות הליכה מפארק הטרמינל ובמרחק נסיעה קצרה ממרכזי הקניות. יש אפילו K.S.P באיזור ובנוסף יש לו מקלט למקרה הצורך.
