Rente una habitación doble y una cama se hundía, solo me dieron una llave para la habitacion y no habia toallas suficientes en la habitacion.

The location was great, the room was clean and refreshed daily, and the pool was nice and well-maintained. I also appreciated the attention to cleanliness throughout my visit.

Cons:

I was disappointed with my experience regarding the complimentary breakfast. When I booked through Booking.com, the reservation stated that free breakfast was included for me and my guests. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the complimentary breakfast only applied to two adults and did not include my children.

I explained that I had added my daughters to the reservation when booking, but the staff advised that they do not honor complimentary breakfast for children, even when they are included on the reservation. This information was not clearly communicated during the booking process and resulted in unexpected additional costs. I believe the breakfast policy should be stated more clearly to avoid confusion for families traveling with children.

In general, everything was good.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious the 1st day, but the next morning it wasn't that good, the food was cold and the eggs were like kind of hard to eat. The location was great.

Cons:

The food and the shower, maybe the rooms need a little fridge.

The location was very close to the beach ⛱️ 😎 restaurants, good wi-fi, free secure parking, the breakfast was good but we wish there were more options.

When we arrived on our first day, we were assigned a room with a noticeable sewage smell, and the shower drained very poorly. It made the room quite unpleasant to stay in.

The next morning, we spoke with Sandra at the front desk. She was kind, understanding, and promptly moved us to another room. That simple but thoughtful action completely transformed our vacation experience from disappointing to excellent. We truly appreciated her outstanding service. Because of her service, we can easily tell others how great the hotel is, and we can see ourselves going back. Thanks Sandra!

Pros:

Los colchones, súper cómodos, de verdad descansamos muy bien.
Muy céntrico, pero con las ventanas cerradas, no nos interrumpió el ruido de la calle.
Volveremos sin duda 👌

Cons:

Lo que no nos gustó, es que pedimos un cuarto para incapacitados y el que nos dieron no tenía ni siquiera un sujetamanos 😔
