Great spot for a quick overnight stay.
Pros:

Check in was easy and the room was comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Had to request sheets for the couch-bed and go to front desk to get them.

Very disappointing. Scratch Best Western off my list.

The breakfast was the only saving grace. Not much of a variety, but since it's not a restaurant, I didn't expect to much. The food was cooked properly and I didn't get sick so...

Cons:

3 draw dresser was broken so only 1 draw was usable (for 2 adults/2children). Room was NEVER cleaned by the staff, we had to take out our own trash, make the beds, and request clean towels at the front desk. On the 3rd day, I specifically informed the front desk I'd be gone all day and was assured ALL the rooms would be cleaned. We returned 10:30pm to a room that was never touched! So I again had to take out the trash, straighten up the beds, and request clean towels from the front desk. When I complained to the young lady, she informed me she'd pass it on to her manager as she has nothing to do with it.
