Un séjour agréable, mais loin du standing attendu d’un véritable hôtel 4 étoiles.
Pros:

L’hôtel est plutôt agréable, avec une piscine sympathique et une jolie petite vue sur la mer depuis le côté piscine.

La chambre était spacieuse et j’ai apprécié le fait que les toilettes soient séparées de la salle de bain.

Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sont proposés sous forme de buffets assez copieux, avec suffisamment de choix. Globalement, l’établissement convient bien pour un séjour familial et tranquille.

Cons:

Le principal problème est que l’établissement ne correspond absolument pas, selon moi, au standing que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel annoncé comme 4 étoiles. Les photos m’avaient donné une impression assez différente et je m’attendais à des prestations plus haut de gamme.

Même si la chambre était spacieuse, elle était très vieillissante. La décoration, notamment avec beaucoup de velours, paraît datée et peu adaptée à un climat aussi chaud. La salle de bain aurait également vraiment besoin d’être rénovée : elle est ancienne et nous avons notamment constaté des fissures sur les murs.

Enfin, j’ai été très surprise par l’interdiction d’introduire de la nourriture, mais surtout de l’eau provenant de l’extérieur dans l’établissement. Pour la nourriture, je peux éventuellement comprendre la règle, mais interdire d’apporter sa propre eau, particulièrement en pleine période estivale avec de fortes températures, me paraît vraiment excessif. C’est une règle que l’établissement devrait selon moi revoir.

L’hôtel n’est donc pas mauvais en soi, mais il faut venir en sachant qu’il s’agit davantage d’un hôtel familial assez ancien que d’un établissement offrant le standing que l’appellation « 4 étoiles » pourrait laisser imaginer.

Un ottimo hotel a buon prezzo
Pros:

Camera accogliente con vista piscina e mare, letto comodo, bagno perfetto e pulizia impeccabile. Colazione varia e disponibile da molto presto alla tarda mattinata. Piscina perfetta, lettini sempre disponibili e giardini ben curati. Comodo il parcheggio gratuito.

Un très beau séjour au Maroc, avec un personnel adorable et de magnifiques souvenirs plein la tête.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Notre chambre côté piscine.
L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel très gentil et toujours disponible. L’ambiance était agréable et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et le sourire du personnel. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce beau séjour, nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs. 🌴☀️😊

The pool and location was great

Cons:

Not clean particularly the bathroom were mouldy. The water was either scalding hot or ice cold and the water pressure was poor. Says it’s for 4 stars but is more like a 3 star hotel. No late checkout option. The service from the staff was very poor. Tourist tax was not mentioned beforehand it was about 500 dirham. WiFi was bad and would constantly cut out.

De verzorgde kamer, goede badkamer en airco. Verder de ligging nabij het strand en het centrum zelf.
