Great value local hotel
Pros:

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. The value is insane. We have sea/ mountain pool view rooms and our kids were lucky enough to get one with a big balcony with nice seats - our balcony was a Juliette. The rooms were fine the pillows were poor but beds were comfy. Very clean. They don’t now provide kettles. And the rooms were a bit hot as they said it was still winter and the heating is on but for us Brits it did not feel
Like winter. The hotel has just done the bar up and it’s lovely - we were the first guests to use the new bar! The breakfast was good and good coffee. The staff were fabulous and so helpful apart from a couple on reception who were more stern! The pool area is absolutely wonderful. Sunbeds brilliant and food and drink service good and great value again. Some fab local restaurants- go to Daily’s and The BLacksmith. The chemist around the corner is fab and the shish bar next door is a good experience. You can walk to the beach front and the KFC with the best view in the world (!) in less than 10 minutes. Taxis outside the hotel too. Overall a wonderful stay!

Adequate but not outstanding
Pros:

Stayed a few times and was great value but now they have increased. rates from 45 eros to 70 euros a night with no improvements .Pool is very good and the staff very attentive. Breakfast adequate but not outstanding. Do NOT get a room overlooking the road - very noisy get one overlooking the pool. You have been warned.

Simply outstanding value
Pros:

In my own humble view, it matters very much what services are provided for the prices paid, and in the case of this hotel, I can't honestly remember anywhere with such outstanding value for pretty good services. We are retired and have been lucky enough to holiday in some of the finest hotels, some costing as much for 1 day as 7 here !
Room a decent size with large double and we paid just a little extra for a pool view and Juliette balcony.
The view from the room was lovely from the pool over to the Kasbah.
The pool area itself is lovely and so well kept. Even has mats on beds, and loads of sunbeds, no rush here.
Drinks and snacks prices very reasonable.
I can't comment on evening meals because we always eat out in Agadir because the restaurants are so good if you know them.
Staff all friendly and helpful.
Yes, we could knit pick, sheets perhaps a bit threadbear, but clean, and one or two areas could do with a bit of a refurb but going back to value, no serious issues.
We will return and thank you Tildi for one of the best value breaks on the planet.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Just got back from 4 nights stay with my partner.
We arrived early at 11:30am and couldn't check in til 2pm as our room wasn't ready, but the hotel didn't appear full or busy? But we could use the facilities on site such as the pool bar. All the staff seemed very friendly and accommodating.
Room was very clean. Cleaners came daily. The bed was huge but couldn't say I slept well as the beds kept slipping apart in the middle (nothing like your own bed anyway). The shower was a nightmare!! Never stayed at 1 temp, any time of the day!
The breakfast was continental with an omelette station. Lots of pastry/cake choices, with a bread, cereal, salad and hot food selection. Although, not sure how many people want to eat boiled rice or potatoes for breakfast?
The pool was freezing, even on a hot sunny day. The area is well maintained. Towels for the pool are provided at the pool. Plenty of loungers although not sure if there would be enough during the summer months. Very reasonably priced snack/pool bar. We had a front facing apartment with no balcony, which I did miss. However, the back rooms with balconies aren't full sized so couldn't sit out on them on an evening as I would usually do.
WiFi connection was great for us, even in our room (2nd floor). Groceries are not allowed to be bought into the hotel.

Overall we would stay again.

Really good for the money
Pros:

After reading the bad reviews on this place we were prepared for the worst but we were actually really pleasantly surprised.
The reception and restaurant staff were all super smiley, helpful and friendly towards us.
The hotel itself is nice and the pool and gardens are really pretty.
We had a pool facing room which was lovely and spacious. There was always sunbeds free.
We ate from the snack bar/grille by the pool most days for lunch which was perfect as it was cheap and cheerful food like pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, salads etc.
The hotel is in a good location being by the beachfront and lots of shops/food places which we tried and enjoyed.

Only bad points…
The breakfast is super limited, other than omelettes and some pastries there’s no usual breakfast foods such as sausages, beans, eggs, pancakes etc. The buffet dinner was the same, so we ate out most days.
People are not lying about the noise from the road - we were in a pool facing room at the front so luckily a lot of the noise was blocked out for us but if you were facing the road this would definitely bother you, the roads are very active all night and there’s lots of beeping and shouting. On a couple of the nights there was a dog barking non stop which drove us up the wall, but most nights we slept well.
There’s no English channels on the tv.

Overall we had a really lovely stay though and would definitely come back! Amazing for the price we paid as it was such a cheap holiday!

Wonderful couple of days - would go back
Pros:

Nothing to complain about. Rooms were good size and clean. Location was perfect for the restaurants bars and beach . Spacious pool area with plenty of beds. Breakfast was decent - omelettes and fresh OJ probably best bits … and a powerful shower .
We had great weather for the few days we were there (slightly chilly at night) and presently surprised how cheap drinking and eating both in hotel and outside was. Quite partial to a Casablanca beer now! Didn’t use spa and gym so can’t comment on those.

"Does what it says on the tin"
Pros:

Last minute 4 day break with EasyJet. Absolutely not a 4 Star hotel by UK Standard. I would say 3 star at best but that being said we had a pleasant stay. We like to sit on our balcony before dinner with a drink but no way this was possible. We could stand on the balcony and that's about it! Food in bar area was "ok" not the best. Breakfast was again "ok" not the best we have ever eaten but certainly on the worst. Room clean, maids cleaned daily although they did start cleaning very early and we had to ask them to come back as it was before 8.30am but that's not a complaint. Very close to the beach which was a bonus. If we had had a room facing the road then I would possibly be saying something more negative but we were facing the side of the hotel. I read some of the older reviews and we were quite reluctant initially to stay here but you really do get what you pay for. There are better hotels but I am sure there are far worst too! Pool area decent. Pool was clean. No background music so lacked for me a bit of atmosphere. Bar food opens at midday. Happy we booked for what we paid...yes. Would we stay there again? No.

A lovely week away in early March
Pros:

I found the Tildi Hotel to be better than I was expecting.
The rooms were spacious and a very comfortable bed unfortunately the balcony has a lot to be desired you can stand on the balcony but there is no room to put tables and chairs
There is a safe and fridge
The bathroom and toilet are separate which I prefer the Hotel is very clean the staff are very helpful
The location is perfect you just have to cross a busy road at the bottom of the street and your 2 minutes on the beach..
The breakfast was my biggest let down not impressed at all my wife liked it the omelette station is good
Overall I would recommend The hotel it's advertised as a 4 star my assessment is a 3 star but definitely value for money.

We left after one night of a 7 night stay
Pros:

Unfortunately we left this hotel after 1 night.
The hotel room we were provided with was nothing like the one advertised on our booking.
The walls were dirty, lights didn’t work, bed sheets were dirty and the shower tiles were broken which led to an injury.
The room overlooked a very busy and noisy road and the room was so hot, the integrated fan just blew hot air.
We asked several times to move rooms but the staff said the hotel was full.
After one night we left the hotel to move to another at our own expense, thankfully it delivered and was much more comfortable.
We have reached out to the booking company for some redress so we will see!

Would not waste my money !
Pros:

The location was ok however if there had been a picture of the front of the hotel I probably wouldn’t have booked. The hotel is on a traffic heavy road next to bar that is open to 3/4am.
Very little atmosphere in this hotel no music or entertainment.
The rooms were very dated and not the cleanest When we booked it specified we would have a bath no bath - we were above the kitchen and right outside was where the bins were collected each morning ! You were just falling to sleep from the noise from bar to be woken up by the noise from the kitchen and bins.
We were bed and breakfast and if it wasn’t for the omelette station we likely wouldn’t have eaten breakfast hot dishes were curry soup potatoes rice and veg for breakfast ??
The staff at reception were rude and dismissive unfriendly and very unhelpful
Wouldn’t change our room after we showed our booking which stated a bath and balcony which we had neither
Wouldn’t phone taxis when there were none on the street acted as if this was an inconvenience.
Wouldn’t allow us a late checkout until i asked to speak with the manager that it could be done if we paid
There appeared to be extra added to our room bill on 2 occasions when questioned reception staff shrugged their shoulders !
All in all the relaxing winter holiday we planned ended up very stressful and not enjoyable in this hotel.
There’s absolutely no way this hotel should be 4 stars this is our 3 stay in Agidir and this does not measure up to the other hotels in any way.

Vegetarians don't book half board
Pros:

Definitely not 4 stars. Cheap and cheerful is how I would describe it. The rooms are basic with dated shower facilities. The hotel whilst near to the beach is on a noisy road if you get a room at the front. The hotel cleaning staff and waiting on staff were all friendly and hard working. Bedrooms were cleaned daily with towels changed every day, too. The communal areas are very clean. Unfortunately, it's the food that lets it down. There are extremely poor choices for vegetarians with just vegetables on offer each evening. We did ask at reception for pulses and did get some a couple of nights, but then they disappeared again. The evening food choices were mostly meat and fish with luke warm vegetables. A lot of people were using the microwave to heat up food. Breakfast options are OK with a great omlette/egg station. The pool area is nice although the pool is not heated so it was extremely cold when we visited. Fresh pool towels are available each day, and there are plenty of sunbeds. Overall, if you want a cheap bed and breakfast near to the beach and marina, then it's OK, but if you're a fussy eater or have dietary requirements, I'd give the evening meal a miss.

Great 4 star staff, very attentive.
Pros:

4 Star staff, loved them all, very attentive and some great humour. Unfortunately the staff should all be working in a 4 star hotel, based on other 4 star hotels we have visited this is a 2 star hotel. This was our 3rd visit and the hotel has slowly downgraded to a 2 star. On our first vist the hotel pool was heated, now it is not, be warned before you leap in.

Don’t waste your hard earned money on this place
Pros:

Spa a rip off and you don’t get what you asked for, your oiled gently which you can honestly do yourself.
Anything you ask for extra - like vinegar they say ok and it never materialises.
Breakfast a joke , thank god for the omelette lady but bring your own bread once it’s gone it’s gone. Glasses, cutlery and cups constantly running out and they are really slow at bringing washed ones out.
No air con - “it’s winter madam it’s heating only “ not good if your woman going through menopause and are hot at night . No fans.
Dated hotel
Dirty in places
Some staff helpful but like I said nothing is done at your request .
Better budget stay out there so avoid this one .

Never a 4 star hotel
Pros:

How this hotel is rated 4 star is beyond me especially when you see other 4 stars on the beach front. They're world's apart. It's annoying that you have to pay 4 star tourist tax!! I would rate this as a 2 star + at best.

The hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom in our room certainly needed a makeover. The bath towels were changed daily but every single towel each day was always frayed and some even had holes in them. I've thrown better ones away at home!

Taps in bathroom sink and shower full of limescale and mould on the shower screen.

Tea making facilities in the room were poor. Just a kettle and one small cup.( in a double room). No tea bags, coffee, milk or sugar.

The biggest problem with the hotel is the road that it's situated on. It looks terrible. It's disappointing that holiday companies don't show a photo of the front of the hotel (and I can see why they don't as it would have certainly put me off booking here).

We were very unfortunate to be placed in a room on this road side and I can say we never had a decent nights sleep in the 2 weeks we were there. The road is extremely noisy all night long. People talking loudly. Cars coming and going, banging doors and beeping horns and motorbikes revving engines. These noises could go on until 5:30am. I complained at reception and requested to move rooms but they were not helpful at all and just said they were fully booked.

Breakfast was very poor. I had to ask for coffee cups and spoons on a few ocassions. On a number of days they had no sliced bread for toast and when I asked each day for 3 days, I was told they were out of stock and would have it tomorrow, but they never did. Orange juice ran out a few times as did the milk and had wait for it to be stocked back up. Overall, not an enjoyable experience at breakfast.

Overall not a pleasant experience and we will never return and wouldn't recommend.

A good value holiday.
Pros:

On the whole, an excellent stay (two weeks). We were bed and breakfast basis and found breakfast freshly prepared, with plenty of salad and pastries, but greatly lacking decent cereal (muesli, bran flakes - cereal with fibre) and fresh fruit (just apples and oranges, though unripe bananas available if you asked for them - id take them to room to ripen for a couple of days). I mostly had pancake with raisins, banana and yogurt, while friend enjoyed the omelette. The same processed cheese and 'spam' each day. In general, food very samey, but freshly prepared.
Premises very clean, staff lovely ,massage excellent.
Would consider a 3* but, at the end of the day, we got what we paid for - well under £500 (£34 a day, with flight!),

Wonderful stay at the Tildi 🌟
Pros:

I stayed here for 4 nights half board and had a fantastic time. The staff are so lovely and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I found the breakfast to be great, fab coffee machine and an omelette and pancake station making them to order and so many cakes/pastries I think I've put on about a stone! The evening meal was fine, a salad bar, soup and approx 4 main courses to choose from and a selection of desserts. I booked a 1 hour relaxation massage at the hotel spa and the lovely Khadijf was my masseuse. She was amazing and the massage was so relaxing I actually fell asleep! The pool and garden area is lovely and the snack bar serves a lovely selection of sandwiches/burgers etc and is very reasonably priced. The location of the hotel is fab, only a 5 min walk to the beach and a shop right next door that again is very reasonably priced. I especially like the hours of food service 6am-10am for breakfast and 7pm-10pm for dinner. Lovely hotel, with lovely staff in a great location.🌟

Brilliant experience
Pros:

Had a great time here definitely not a hotel if you want lots of entertainment but that definitely suited us. The staff were amazing from the young lady who made an amazing job every day of cleaning our room, the restaurant staff who were friendly and attentive, the doormen who went above and beyond to help with anything. All the staff were always smiling and welcoming. Food was delicious and we were there for the Moroccan experience so that also suited us. All in all we had a great week with all in Agadir. We will return ❤️❤️

HOLIDAY FROM HELL
Pros:

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.Was kept awake for 2 weeks with cars beeping people fighting in the street at 4am as we was next to a nightclub.Food in the hotel was disgusting and very rude and unhelpful staff. They wanted a surcharge before they would move rooms and when i refused they said they was full and no rooms available.Avoid this hotel and spend your money elsewhere.I have put an official complaint directly to jet 2 and they are investigating.Glad we had video footage as eveidence
