My loved our stay at The Charleston Place!! The staff were so kind and helpful— especially Roosevelt! He was tremendously helpful to my family and I, especially since I have a broken hand, which made traveling nerve wracking. Roosevelt helped to make it all a breeze and we are so grateful for his help!
We recently held our US National Sales Meeting at the Charleston Place hotel. Everything was wonderful - hotel rooms, meeting rooms, food and beverage, AV team. Can’t recommend them enough if you are looking for a great place to hold a meeting.
Charleston is a great city with lots of walkable restaurants near the hotel.
We also hosted our awards ceremony at the Riviera Theatre and that was amazing too!

What a Truly Great Experience this Weekend for The Southeastern Wildlife Expo ( SEWE ) in and around Downtown Charleston, South Carolina. The Newly renovated / re-imagined Charleston Place Hotel, did Not disappoint !

The Hotel is grand in Appearance, Cleanliness, Comfort, Service and Food!
Fabulous hotel but ladies need to bring their own vanity mirror as mounted one is too high. Bathroom counters are extra deep, which gives you more space but also makes it very difficult to lean over to wash your face in the sink. Despite this issue, the staff is amazing and we love the hotel. The staff makes you feel very special.
We have been coming to Charleston Place even before it was named Charleston Place. Every time was uniquely impressive. This time, oh my goodness, we felt so special by every staff member at every turn! Samone knew my name by the second day and went out of her way to accommodate every need. Mr. Lewis runs the lobby beautifully, making sure every visitor remembers their experience here. I must shout out to Sam H., the door man, who is so loving and kind, yet very professional. A true gentleman. Finally, Kevin the chauffeur was Johnny on the spot with a smile and pleasant conversation.
Yes, Charleston Place has upped its game to an extremely high level. You will want to return to this lovely city and stay at this establishment if you want to feel special and appreciated.

The staff is happy; they love working at this exceptional hotel. We did not have a newly renovated room; nevertheless our room was well appointed. Comfy bed, linens and pillows. Spa treatments were fantastic. Ask for Melissa if you want a massage; best massage I have had in years! A special feature - ground transportation- meant that we did not have to rely on uber or taxis when taking in a performance at the Gaillard Center. Shout out to Greg L. and Micheal V., you guys were great and so entertaining! Thanks for great rides. This is our go to, always top notch hotel; location, service and luxury makes this our choice for Charleston accommodation. Do not worry about on- going renovations; we had almost no sense that a Reno was underway. We can’t wait for our next visit.

Lovely stay! We are local to the area but wanted to enjoy Charleston like a tourist for my son’s birthday celebration. Every interaction exceeded expectations from the valet, doormen, check in representative, room service, etc. They even made my son’s birthday special with treats sent to the room and a handwritten note! We especially enjoyed chatting with the doorman, Sam H., on our arrival and departure!
One of the best hotels that we have ever stayed at! From the time we drove up to valet the car until we left everyone was so welcoming and beyond helpful. The location was perfect and the room... the reimagined King was stunning! They also are cat friendly and our little guy loved this place.
One of our best experiences in a hotel. Charleston Place is centrally located and the staff is amazing. We love the beauty of the hotel and the spectacular staff. They took great care of us, and we were still in a great location, even when the town shut down. We love it here!!

The staff is great. I believe we were around 300 people. The group breakfasts and lunches were both very tasty and the nicest , friendly staff. They were working very hard and doing a great job.
I highly recommend the hotel for a business conference and I would come here for a leisure trip as well.

Great stay this past weekend - loved the renovated one bedroom corner suite. Club lounge staff remains and the food is an upgrade over years past. Love the addition of the house car service.
