I was really impressed with the hotel it was one of the most beautiful places I have stayed I travel 6 days a week. Sam the bellman was exceptional. He made my trip even more special and is very appreciated.

We have previously been staying for years at the Bennett. Things are not what they used to be there. Rediscovered Charleston Place and wow what an experience. Everyone from Sam the doorman to front desk to housekeeping to bar and restaurant staff are top notch! So professional and such great service. New renovations are beautiful. Food and drink outstanding! We can't wait to return.

Greg was truly the highlight of our experience at The Charleston Place. From the moment we met him, he was incredibly polite, kind, and genuinely welcoming. What stood out the most was how natural his hospitality felt — nothing about it felt forced or scripted.
Greg has a rare ability to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed. He was engaging without ever being overwhelming, and his calm, thoughtful presence set the perfect tone for our trip. That kind of authenticity is something you simply can’t fake.

My stay was fantastic overall. Although there was some construction noise in the building, it wasn’t disruptive, and the street construction near the main circle drive—while messy—didn’t interfere with transportation; my drivers were able to get in and out without any issues.
Inside the hotel, everything was exceptional. The staff was kind, caring, and attentive throughout my stay. My room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the housekeeping team was consistently courteous and friendly.
A highlight of my trip was the concierge staff, who helped coordinate transportation so I could visit the beaches and see the lighthouses—something that had been on my bucket list. Their assistance made the experience truly memorable.

The Hotel was stunning, service was amazing from start to finish. Alessandro at the front went above and beyond to assist with a rental car. The restaurant staff was top knothch. The staff went over and above to accommodate us and to make our stay pleasurable. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was exceptional. Roosevelt was very friendly when we arrived and throughout our entire stay, he and other staff called us by name. The food was delicious and the drinks…perfection. Shopping and sightseeing is convenient. There is a Target across the street for anything you may have forgotten at home. It was a wonderful experience to stay at The Charleston Place!
