Really good value.
Pros:

It’s a decent, clean hotel that’s cracking value for money and not too far to walk to Circular Quay, as long as it’s dry, or Uber was not too expensive in the wet or if you’re tired after a long day out. The included buffet breakfast was pretty good. There are some decent eateries just 5 minutes walk away.

Cons:

It wasn’t a problem for us, but the hotel is tucked away in a dark side street that might be intimidating returning after dark for some people.

Pros:

Location close by city , easy public transport
Friendly and helpful staff
Good breakfast and nice balcony(attached with room) plus common one outside
Overall good value for money

Cons:

A little bit tidy up in the bathroom and wall of the room
As they are dusty and working exhaust on bathroom

If like me, you only need a clean, comphy place to sleep. This is the place to stay in Sydney!
Pros:

I loved this location. Walked to the botanical gardens, a local modern gym that has walk-in rates, and even a classic Aussie pub among heaps of other bistros, cafes and high-end restaurants. I could even walk over the park to get downtown for some quick shopping. I found a route that was less than a 15-minute walk to downtown Sydney shopping. Oh, did I mention the breakfast buffet with hot eggs/bacon, etc and perfect self-serve coffee machine...? The gentleman who runs the place knows customer service. I always felt attended to

Cons:

Don't be deterred by the bright blue neon if you arrive at night. I have to say my first impression was.. oh, no what have I booked here! I get it that it does make it easier to find at night, as it is down a narrow, quiet side street(another plus), but it is a little intimidating as you arrive.

Pros:

Hotelroom was okay for a cityhotel. Coffee tea and cookies provided daily. The daily cleaning was sufficient.

Cons:

Breakfast was a terror - not a single healthy item available on the buffet. Second day we didnt even bother to go there eventhough it was complimentary.

Everything in this hotel is old and needs maintenance, lift, carpet, bathroom tiles....

Worst part is that we had a tall car. Upon checkin we asked if the car would fit in the garage. Lady at reception reassured it would fit. We booked the parking, only to find out that the car did indeed not fit. No possibly of a refund for the parking fee.

Room was quite stinky and didn’t smell clean, flaking paint in bathroom, dripping shower head, didn’t like that there wasn’t a lock on the balcony glass door
