Czysta pościel, codziennie zmienione ręczniki. Ogólnie w hotelu bardzo czysto

Cons:

Chciałyśmy zameldować się około 22:00 (zostało to zgłoszone przez aplikację, jak również otrzymałam potwierdzenie mojej prośby), nikogo jednak nie było w recepcji, a budynek był zamknięty. Tylko dzięki pomocy pani pracującej w niedalekiej kawiarni udało nam się wejść do hotelu (meldowałyśmy się w innym hotelu).
Kolejną niedogodnością okazała się prośba personelu aby nie otwierać okiennic ani okien, ze względu na włączoną klimatyzację, której Nie mogłyśmy wyłączyć nawet na noc.

Locatie was uitstekend. Mooie ligging tov San Marco plein en de hoofd shopping lane.

Cons:

Foto’s tonen een onjuiste weergave van de staat van onderhoud, uitzicht, omvang kamers en mate van hygiëne. Met name de badkamer (en o.a. douche) vraagt onderhoud. Schimmels in de badkamer en slaapkamer.

The location was close to city center.

Cons:

The room was in need of significant maintenance. The walls should be repainted, as there were several stains and signs of wear. The bathroom also required proper maintenance, with exposed electrical wires near the heated towel rail, which raised safety concerns.

The breakfast was disappointing and did not meet expectations. The service also left a lot to be desired. In such a small breakfast area, dishes should not be washed while guests are eating. The constant noise of plates and cutlery being washed was very disturbing and made it difficult to enjoy breakfast.

Pros:

A localização é excelente, tem elevador e você pode deixar as malas no hotel antes do checkin e depois do checkout. O banheiro é grande e o chuveiro está bem. A cama é confortável.

Cons:

O café da manhã é fraco com poucas opções. O quarto é escuro, a iluminação poderia ser melhor.

El acceso: las fotos son un engaño, porque te ponen la recepción de otro hotel cercano de la misma cadena, y cuando llegas te encuentras con una entrada super escondida, pequeñísima que más que hotel parece hostal de segunda.
