I won’t be back. This was my third and final stay.
Pros:

Yuck. 3 nights and over one thousand dollars. I included pictures of torn carpet, broken window, broken bathroom light and shower mold. This isn’t a lack of maintenance. This is NO maintenance.

Less than ideal
Pros:

Weekend trip for a lacrosse tournament. While the location from the fields was ideal, the hotel itself is very old, carpet in the elevator was horrible with stains & smell. The room wasn’t much better, bathrooms had smell coming from drain, the bed was thin and was sunken in from years of wear. The fridge was in great working condition.

Ruined my graduation
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good. Options for all members of family and times were not bad either.

Cons:

Room did not have working AC. Notified front desk and they contacted maintenence. Maintenace arrived and essentially blamed us saying someone put the AC to 78. Only to realize the thermostat on the wall was not even connected. He then proceeded to say we have to do it manually from the device by the window (which we already tried) only to say call him back if it doesn't cool up before his shift ends. It never cooled up and me and my family of 6 had to go to my UMGC graduation drenched in sweat.

Pros:

What was supposed to be a king size bed was more like a queen. The bed is so hard that I may as well have slept in the floor.

I enjoyed our stay at at SpringHill Suites Fort Meade Area.
Pros:

The hotel was very nice. Great breakfast buffet, large room, very clean, and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

Our room was at the end of the corridor next to the staircase and exit doors. Lots of door banging during the evening.
