Looking for an overnight stop with my dog and this hotel fit the bill perfectly! Would say again!
Pros:

The waffles smelled so good walking down the hall. My favorite is always the oatmeal and they had so many excellent mix in choices!
The room was spacious and well laid out. Had everything we could need and then some.

Cons:

Everything was well done and all the staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly, especially at check in/out.

Not enjoyable at all I would never go back there
Cons:

The property itself is kind of congested its next to a car wash where we had to wait 20 minutes just to make a right turn into the property. We had to call several times downstairs because the upstairs noise was unbearable just really really loud. I didn't really get a good night sleep there. I was Clock watching all night. I was just ready to go.

My stay was quiet and relaxing.
Pros:

The staff were phenomenal. They were pleasant, very professional, eager to provide clean sheets, and listened attentively to my complaint when I was departing. The location was wonderful with accessible locations to restaurants, banks and gas stations.

Cons:

I was very surprised and disappointed after two days sleeping in bed on dirty sheets. I asked for sheets on the third day, the sheets were filthy, old silk rose
petals along the base board and at the top of my bed. When changing the linen, I found a stained dirty mattress. a stained couch, dirt behind the bathroom sink and the room had an odor. We initially moved from one room to another due to the smell after entering. I feel awful having to write this because overall the staff were wonderful people and quite attentive.

Pros:

The location is very nice. The staff was pleasant.

Cons:

They kept chasing my card mutil times for unnecessary things. I had to revisit them to ask why yall keep charging my card. Thank Goodness my phone is attached to my card. I was told it was night audit. Well yall need to fix it. They who stay was unpleasant cause of they kept charging my card...

The dog from the across the hall barked the whole time.
They should have a designated areas... Cause it is very disturbing to people who does not travel with with there PETS..

Master switch concept. I fell in the bathroom on my first night. I called the front desk and the line was busy. I was worried most of the time.

Except for the loud party in the lobby it was a lovely stay.
Pros:

Loved the separate shower room and commode room. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well appointed.

Cons:

The hotel had rented the lobby for a birthday party and it was incredibly loud. Unsupervised children were racing up and down the halls screaming at 9:30 pm. When I called to complain no one picked up at the reception desk. I had to get out of bed and go into the hall to yell at the kids and a big sister came along and helped get them back to the lobby. Meanwhile their partying parents were all in the lobby carrying on so loudly that they likely didn't even know the kids were cretaing havoc in the halways. I question the choice of renting to a large group of loud people so close to the rooms. I was in the first room near the lobby. I have no idea whehter these were people staying in the hotel or whether they were just throwing a party. If it is the latter, it is not really fair to the guests who are paying a not insignificant sum for a room to relax in and sleep.
