La chambre était vétuste et surtout très sale ! J’ai trouvé des cheveux dans le lit, des empreintes de doigts sur les miroirs et il y’avait encore des confettis et saleté sur le sol du précédent habitant sûrement ! J’ai trouvé l’hôtel vraiment très sale sauf les parties communes qui donnent une impression d’hôtel propre alors que c’est faux ! Je me suis plainte au personnel qui n’a absolument rien fait à part me dire que je pouvais avoir des points supplémentaires via leur service de fidélité ! Une blague

Supposed to be a relaxing night away, was not granted that. Just additional stress.

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The staff. Alicia ran my card for the room I already paid for x2 times and that is still held on my account and had caused severe issues for me and overdraft fees. Insisted that I need to run my card AGAIN for incidentals. Which I couldn’t do because she charged my card x2 for $300 I paid $300 for the room so I didn’t have that available. Im a stroke survivor and my sons autistic and i requested a room on a low floor or close to an elevator. #527 (may be off the last 2 numbers) was absolutely none of that so getting access to the pool area or outside was such a long walk. I have physical and mental deficits from the strokes so this was too much on my body and a relaxing night away started off and ended not great. I wish my experience was different. Ive stayed at many Marriott’s over the years and this by far was the most disappointing. I just wanted a night away to swim with my son and boyfriend to relax.

Decent accommodations but isolated and relatively clean
Pros:

Upgraded to 2 bdrm was nice

Cons:

Location is remote and far from everything. Some check in staff spoke very broken English and difficult to understand

Mid (at best) experience
Pros:

I'm a frequent traveller (almost weekly and almost all Marriott). The good - friendly front desk staff, heated pool, nice firepit area, beds were fine, breakfast was okay. The not so great - our room was supposed to be serviced every other day (it's a full kitchen) and we had to beg after four days to even get the garbage taken,and it was half hearted at best.. ... Parking is not free despite it being a huge lot with no reason to charge. The rooms were beat up and not well cleaned to begin with..heavy dust on services, unvacuumed corners, etc. There were rats running around the outside of the building (it's on a preserve, so I get it, but wouldn't recommend using the grill...) , although we didn't see them inside. They allowed people to bring their pets into the highly crowded, INSIDE breakfast area (said dogs were jumping on other guests). The hotel provides no beach shuttles and nothing is walkable except a grocery store - be prepared to drive or rideshare to any beach or activity.

Overall a good stay
Pros:

Overall a nice and convenient place to stay. Breakfast was great. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable. Front desk staff was helpful and the gym is well maintained. My only complaints are that the ice machine was not working during our four day visit and there were often no towels at the pool.

Andrew R is the best barman!
Pros:

Had the best time for our business conference, we had a beach party and Andrew R was the best bar host, we then also had him at the steakhouse restaurant on our second night. Amazing customer service, had a smile all night and made everyone enjoy the night!
