Excellent Location and very friendly Owners
Close to the waterfront easy walk for dinner and just to have a wander around town
Parking was a bit squeezy
Excellent stay at this Hotel. We were greeted by friendly face Mr Pepper who carried our bags to the room. Room was clean and comfortable. The bedding and pillows were wonderful. We didn’t stay for breakfast but other guests said it was excellent would recommend. The hosts were brilliant and informative nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again 😊
I liked the location being so close to the harbour and my room was very comfortable.
There wasn't anything I disliked about my stay only that I felt awkward at breakfast, being the only single person there with all couples and very quiet.

The people how ran the hotel were excelente
On arrival, San allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier than our advised 3pm arrival time, instantly sorted out on site parking, and even carried our cases inside. We were taken up to our room,which had a cabriolet balcony as per our booking. The room was spacious with good quality furnishings and decor. Everything worked as it should. Usually, I can find faults but this was honestly faultless. All the little things that matter worked as they should. For example, the plug in the sink held it's water, all the lights and bulbs worked, as did the TV remote. The bed was comfortable with adequate pillows. The shower had good power. All the advised facilities were provided like tea making, hairdryer etc. Breakfast was perfectly made to order each morning in a timely manner and was of great quality. Location was good and the hotel was clean and comfortable throughout. San and his family are genuinely hard working and freindly people who deserve to be successful in what they do. If we return to Torquay we will look no further than Hotel Peppers. Thank you for making us welcome and comfortable (Barry and Emma)
There was nothing not to like.
San and Sabi offer great hospitality, always make you feel welcome. The room we stayed in was perfect clean and fresh, the quality of food and drink was great especially the breakfast. Few minutes from the town, will definitely be back

Great location. Very central to everything. Lovely atmosphere when you walk in. The room was very very clean and had everything that you would need including fresh milk which is brilliant!! It was great value for money. The owners are extremely helpful and they make sure you are very comfortable. The hotel is immaculately clean. We will definitely be back and will recommend. 😊
