We had the compacted room. So cosy and clean. Such a polite couple who run the hotel. Excellent stay. When we come back we won't stay anywhere else but here. 10 stars

Breakfast was excellent Location central.San and Sabita couldn't do enough for us .parking spaces tight.only problem no lift but San carried cases for everyone.
No lift we are in our seventies so stairs were a problem

Peppers is a great hotel. In a really good location for the harbour, bars and restaurants but don’t forget the walk up the hill on the way back!
We liked having dedicated parking - either at the back of the hotel or in the premier Inn car park. They also give you a permit for free parking anywhere in Torbay.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable, friendly hosts and a really nice breakfast.
If we’re down that way again we’d definitely pick Peppers.
