Important information:

At check-in, guests are required to physically present the credit card used to make the reservation. Please ensure you have the card with you as the property may refuse check-in.
Presidential Apartments Kensington reserve the right to pre-authorize credit cards a week prior to arrival. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This is applicable for foreign nationals and British residents.
On arrival we take security deposit as preauthorisation on the credit/debit card. The amount is £25 a night, maximum of £100 per room. This block is being released on departure if no damage is caused. The length of release depends on your bank.
Please note that some of the rooms are suitable for wheelchair users. Please contact the property to confirm the availability of accessible rooms before booking.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Huge disappointment
Cons:

The room didn't look at all to what we booked, everything was terribly old: appliances, furniture, toilet...
It was a big disappointment, only positive thing was the location.
I would never stay there again, big waste of money for what you get.

Todo, muy limpio, no esperaba que mi limpiar y cambiara las toallas, por se un apartamento.

Great base for a weekend, wonderful location
Pros:

Having read some reviews, the hotel really exceeded our expectations. It was quiet, rooms really clean and the location is perfect. Staff also friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money for the price point for a family.

Cons:

It wasn't a big issue for us but the kitchen isn't great, dishwasher is tiny and very low down and limited crockery. Also a few signs of wear and tear but if you don't want that then just pay more.
Lights were also a bit difficult to operate.

Excelente estadia, dan ganas de volver
Pros:

Las comodidades de la suite, las camas muy confortables, la ropa de cama de muy buena calidad, la ubicación por la cercanía a una estación de subte y el vecindario. Nos gusto mucho y volveríamos a elegirlo.

Muy agradable súper recomendable
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, sitio muy tranquilo con paradas de metro y bus muy cerca. También tiene un supermercado al lado que viene muy bien por sitio quieres desayunar o hacer alguna comida en el apartamento. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario, incluso tiene lavadora! El personal súper agradable y muy servicial, tienen recepción 24h y nos ayudaron con algunas dudas que teníamos. La habitación tiene varios sistemas diferentes de calefacción y los puedes poner a tu gusto! No hacía nada de frío en la habitación. La cama cómoda y grande. En general, una estancia muy cómoda y agradable :) lo recomiendo 10000%

Cons:

Las dos únicas cosas a destacar del alojamiento es la poca insonorización de la habitación, la gente pasaba por el pasillo y parecia que los teníamos dentro de la habitación, pero merece la pena por todo lo bueno que tiene el alojamiento. La segunda cosa es que tuvimos que pagar un depósito del que no estábamos informados previamente, pero lo devuelven pocas horas después de irte.

We got put in a basement room, had to go down 2 flights of stairs through a rabbit warren. The room was dark and looked like it had seen better days. Black mould in the bathroom and water damage to the wood in the room. Kitchen wasn't very well stocked either.
