Important information:

At check-in, guests are required to physically present the credit card used to make the reservation. Please ensure you have the card with you as the property may refuse check-in.
Presidential Apartments Kensington reserve the right to pre-authorize credit cards a week prior to arrival. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This is applicable for foreign nationals and British residents.
On arrival we take security deposit as preauthorisation on the credit/debit card. The amount is £25 a night, maximum of £100 per room. This block is being released on departure if no damage is caused. The length of release depends on your bank.
Please note that some of the rooms are suitable for wheelchair users. Please contact the property to confirm the availability of accessible rooms before booking.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Amazing stay would come again!
Pros:

Location. Staff is so friendly, and helpful. We stayed 2 weeks and used the kitchen, washer, it has everything you need to live properly and comfortably.

Cons:

The shower, it’s smaller and the shower curtain sticks you.

Pros:

Location is the main reason for this booking, stayed here many times and that's the reason returning.
Good to have a small kitchen as I always can't finish the big portion when eating out.
Bed was very comfortable.
Room is good size for one person and everything functioned well.
Cleaning team was good, thank you.

Cons:

The place needed some renovation as sink and wall were moldy.
Reception staff were not bad but could look a bit more cheerful, at the moment they just looked as if they hadn't been paid properly, hopefully that wasn't the reality.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ήσυχη γειτονιά κι η στάση του μετρό πολύ κοντά. Σε απόσταση 200-300 μέτρα μπορείς να βρείς τα πάντα.

Cons:

Ο καναπές που άνοιγε σε κρεβάτι δεν ήταν άνετος και το στρώμα του ήταν πολύ λεπτό. Ίσως άνετος μόνο για παιδιά, πάντως όχι για ενήλικα.

The place is pretty outdated. The 2nd floor room was upsetting with water stains on the walls and dirty windows. General unpleasant feel. However, we discussed the opportunity to change the rooms with a super helpful receptionist and upgraded to a 4th floor suite, which worked better for us.

Ver recommendable: nice, good price, good location!
Pros:

Very nice place, ample rooms, well equiped. Location is great, in Kensington (very affluent neighboarhood), and just 2 short bocks away from the tube (intersection of 2 tube lines). Staff was very kind and attentive, they had our room ready many ours before check-in time, and even gave us a free room upgrade.

Nothing really, we were very happy with our stay there.

Severe insect problem and poor service – falls far short of its price tag

We booked this apartment hotel expecting a comfortable, premium experience for our family, but it was deeply disappointing and not worth the money.

The most critical issue was hygiene. On our second night, we found an infestation of 10 to 20 insects/ants crawling across the living area floor and in the bathroom. When I went down to report this, the night receptionist said he was alone, had no other rooms, and promised to send up insect spray. It never arrived. We were forced to spend our final night killing bugs ourselves, which completely ruined my parents' ability to rest before our long flight. At checkout, the morning staff's only response to this was a dismissive, "I'm sorry to hear that."

Furthermore, the property cuts corners on basic amenities. The room includes a washing machine, but the front desk explicitly refuses to provide any laundry detergent, rendering the machine practically useless for short-term travelers. Basic comforts like hotel slippers are also not provided.

For the premium price they charge, the complete lack of basic cleanliness and the unhelpful attitude of the staff make this a property I strongly advise avoiding.
