Pros:

I greatly appreciated the fact that there was a real working exhaust fan in the bathroom. It may sound silly, but most hotels don't have them anymore and the bathroom is always stuffy or too humid after the shower.

Cons:

The bathroom did not have a light around the mirror so it was difficult to apply my makeup and feel confident it looked good.

Have stayed here before and would stay again. Overall had a nice stay.
Pros:

Liked the variety offered at the breakfast bar. Loved that hotel was within walking distance to the Western Scenic Railroad - so convenient. Rooms were nice and clean. Convenient to walk to a few restaurants. Definitely would recommend the Ristorante Ottaviani restaurant in Cumberland - excellent food and service. The ribs at the Crabby Pig were delicious and tender. Maybe hotel could offer coupons to these restaurants to help businesses in the area.

Cons:

Access to the hotel is a little tricky if not familiar with the area. Prefer eggs a little softer and bacon a little more crispier. One family member had the room next to the ice machine - made it hard to sleep from the noise. Parking was a little limited with the construction going on that was blocking spaces. Doors were squeaky to rooms and loud with such hard closure when departing rooms because no handle on outside of door to gently close doors so as not to disturb other guests. Instructions placard above thermostat to show guests how to easily adjust temp would be nice.

Nice but no hot water
Pros:

Nice hotel and decent location although you can't turn left. Staff is really great and clean hotel and grounds. It is a bit noisy with all the trucks going by and i didn't have hot water in the shower for all four nights even thought I let the front desk know. I didn't have that problem when I stayed there earlier in the year.

Overall a good place to stay.
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating, really friendly, helpful, professional and kind. The hotel was very clean with a nice pool and exercise room. The room was huge, clean, comfortable and air conditioning worked well. It is about a 10 minute walk from the downtown. The bed was very comfortable. A refrigerator and a microwave served for our comfort. I loved all the full-size beauty products in the bathroom. The breakfast was nice, hot options (omelet, bacon, sausage) as well as bagels and cereal. I am very satisfied with our stay, I can only recommend this hotel to everyone.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the wifi is not protected, so it was not recommended to use it.

Pros:

How close it was from canal
Downtown and how it was close by everything

The pillows are amazingly soft sink right in
Room was warm clean and welcoming

Was able to check in early which i loved

They had a breakfast buffet of different items to eat and different options to drink !

For the location cleaniness the price was fair

Was peaceful area

Cons:

We was close by the stairs so my only issue was. Slamming doors here and there ! But didnt affect the beautiful stay
