Pros:

The property was clean. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. And it’s in a great location.

Cons:

I only have one complaint and that was the hot tub was not working one or two days I was there

Nice, convenient place to stay.
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked the room layout. The room was accessible for a wheelchair even though we didn't book an accessible room.

Cons:

The breakfast looked a lot better than it was. The breakfast hashbrowns were stale and there was nothing exciting about the rest.

Great clean PLACE to stay, but front desk staff doesn’t make you feel welcome.

Very clean and well organized. Great breakfast options for a “breakfast included” stay.

Cons:

Staff was NOT very accommodating and were contradictory. I booked a King room when I thought it was only going to be 2 of us. When I found out one of my sons wanted to join us, I tried to book a 2 bed room. None were available. I called and asked about getting a cot because my sister was offered one when she added a person to her king room a week before I called. I was told they were sure if they had any available and would get back to me. No one called or messaged me. I messaged 3 times and got no response. I checked to see if any 2 queen bed rooms became available, which didn’t as of 3 days before I arrived. When I arrived I was told they don’t have cots, only baby play pens but I could exchange my room for a two bed room for the current rate which was more than double what my sister paid for hers for the same place, same dates. I declined because my son said he’d sleep on the floor. When we got to the room we saw there were no extra blankets. My husband went to front desk and asked for one and was told they didn’t have any. He asked why and was told because people steal them. Lame excuse for an “airport” location hotel. I work for United Airlines at IAH and I can tell you business people don’t throw a BLANKET in their carry on bag when they fly back and forth from a business trip. We came for a wedding so I was able to get a blanket for my son from my brother, but the indifference of the staff was most disheartening. No customer service, care or compassion at all.
