A solid stopover
Pros:

My second time staying at this Premier, everyone from security, to reception, to restaurant staff, were very friendly and accommodating. Spent some time in the lounge, they brought me the remote, changed the batteries and kept my glass topped up - I didn’t get names but those gents were top tier. The room is spacious, bed is big, bathroom was clean, can’t get cold with that heater

Cons:

Unfortunately the food - enough pasta to feed a horse, as a result it was dry, but it was flavoursome

Cons:

I got a wrong invoice. I booked two rooms for two persons but the invoice says one person. I asked them to correct it but they never did. So it means one person will not be paid by SAPS

We definitely enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
Pros:

The place was great, the room itself and the food was amazing.

Cons:

The bathroom light and lamp light were not working and we had the maintenance card filled in for their attention but was never attended to.

My parents enjoy and commended the best service from the receptionist. My dad kept saying he would love to have weekend stay that's how much they enjoyed.

Generally, the hotel is so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay

The welcoming was so warm, from the security to the receptionist. We were worried about the parking; however there's parking in other floors as well. .
