Badly situated hotel
Pros:

The website is totally misleading. One could not sleep peacefully as beggers, drunk people and all types of vehicles made noise throughout the night. We had to ask reception to call for police intervention to drive these drunks and beggers away.The room we had was good for a couple. The area is unsafe. We had to call reception everytime we wanted to turn the TV set on. Prices are reasonable and the staff members are always willing to help. Prepare yourself for total Hotel Hell! No, dont go there, its terrible.

We didn't stay the night.
Pros:

I never criticise if I can help it. If your on a tight budget and cannot afford anything else, this place is fine, otherwise go somewhere else. Area is not good, rooms are pokey and smells of smoke. We left shortly after check in and found another hotel to stay in.

Pros:

Having to find affordable available accommodation is becoming harder every time I am on the road. Which is often.

The web page impressed me much but upon arrival was concerned about location and outside appearance.

Pleasantly surprised when entered staff friendly, helpful, efficient and polite.

Room functional and clean.

Car safety locked underground thank goodness.

As women who normally travels alone if I did not have my son with me would not have stayed as the location definitely leaves much to be desired and so does nothing for the hard work put in from the staff behind the doors and off the street which is a pity as would be very popular if in different location
