The price just to go down a little
Pros:

It was great. I like the fact that it has a basketball court the gym pool tables and bar and the Best of it all Breakfast lot to choose from. They even had a water Pressure massage bed.

Cons:

The elevator they took longer and normal because two of them were broken down

It was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The gym and private sauna, the breakfast buffet, the 24 hour shop, the basketball court, the cleanliness of everything, the kind and helpful staff and the Starbucks in the shop, the fresh water fountains were great too

It was amazing & I’ll be back b/c I didn’t get to experience all the amenities.
Pros:

The amenities & breakfast. Also the location to my venue.

Cons:

There was no lunch or dinner at the property on the weekend, so you have to order in, but you can’t eat your food in the dining area or anywhere on the property & they can’t deliver to your room.

We love NCED and will continue to come, but please get new pillows!!
Pros:

We love the property and the room. Breakfast is amazing. Always try and stay here when we come to town.

Cons:

Y’all gotta invest in new bed pillows at least in the king classic rooms. They’re old, the goose feathers poke through the pillows and they fluff great, but as soon as you lay on them, they literally go flat and stay flat all night making a good night’s sleep impossible. The pillows are like laying on cardboard. Frustrating considering everything else is wonderful.

Breakfast was great. Many good options.

Cons:

Amenities were closed for the holidays so no gym, no pool, no hot tubs and those were the reasons I chose this hotel!
