Anyway it was good! We've enjoyed the swimming pool, and other game room.
Pros:

Breakfast was so good. I was satisfied!

Cons:

Shower booth was open style, so shower water was splashed out of booth.

Pros:

I got an upgraded premium suite and was very happy. My friend got a standard room and was not.

Cons:

I didn't like have to pay for a upgraded room in order to have a decent size room. I also didn't like having voucher for breakfast had to eat all at once you couldn't leave and return if you decided you wanted something else.

Pros:

Comfortable clean room. Good water pressure in shower. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

No golf channel. Room was hard to find due to numbering system and how it is posted. The hotel is rather massive with 800+ rooms.

When we went to check in they said they could not find our confirmation . It was made through booking .com. I have never had this happen before. If I get charged I will be protesting it!

Great stay at NCED Convention Center and Hotel!
Pros:

I liked that the place was very clean throughout the day. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet had a lot to offer. It was very good. The Starbucks coffee was delicious served with breakfast. The pool and fitness center looked great but we didn't have time to use them! Thanks, Chris and Brenda Edwards

Cons:

The National phone number said we would be charged a $50 fee for requesting an early arrival. We had an early wedding to attend and wanted to rest a minute and then get ready. When we arrived and offered to pay, they had waved it in Norman.

We had a wonderful weekend get away. We will be back (hopefully the basketball court will be finished and opened)!
Pros:

The pool, the bar, the BREAKFAST, and the Billiards room! By far the best breakfast offered by any hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Cons:

The basketball court, and paddleball table weren’t available, so that was kind of a let down.

Hotel was very nice, plenty of parking, loved the store/gift shoo and the Starbucks coffee ☕️. The staff at the front desk were very courteous, polite and professional. The morning breakfast was a great selection, hot and delicious. The rooms are very clean, comfortable bed and the bathroom recently remodeled, looks very nice. We Highly recommend this hotel. I will return. Thank you everyone for making our stay a great one.
