Fiz uma reserva neste hotel, mas, quando cheguei, tive uma desagradável surpresa: minha reserva simplesmente não estava disponível. Em vez de me acomodarem no hotel que eu havia reservado, fui encaminhada para o Hotel Catalonia Catedral, pelo mesmo valor.
Infelizmente, minha experiência no hotel para o qual fui transferida não foi boa. As funcionárias não demonstraram nenhuma disposição para tentar se comunicar comigo. Sou brasileira, falo português e também entendo espanhol, mas senti que não fizeram o mínimo esforço para me entender ou facilitar a comunicação. Além disso, não foram gentis no atendimento.
Também tive problemas com cobranças. Foi cobrado um café da manhã a mais e, quando solicitei uma diária adicional, me informaram um valor extremamente alto, que, na minha opinião, não condizia com o hotel e com o serviço oferecido.
O hotel é bonito, mas, para mim, pagar caro não significa apenas estar em um lugar bonito. Espero também gentileza, bom atendimento, respeito e disposição para ajudar o hósped, e foi justamente isso que senti falta durante a minha experiência.
Por todos esses motivos, não recomendo. O problema começou com a reserva que não estava disponível e continuou com o atendimento e as cobranças. Além disso, não consegui sequer fazer a avaliação do hotel que eu havia originalmente reservado, o que considero bastante frustrante.
Para mim, o valor pago não correspondeu à experiência que tive.
