房間好熱，冷氣開到17度沒作用。插頭開關好舊款。床上的長條靠枕佔空間可以省略。 電視下方櫃可以拆掉節省空間。 馬桶建議要換新款。浴缸改淋浴更好。

1. Our stay is pleasant, convenient to subway station, shopping mall and bus stop to airport.
Pros:

Location is great and convenient. Many F & B nearby hotel, very near to subway station and the hotel are near to bus station direct to New Chitose airport and from New Chitose airport to Susukino bus station. Walking distance to Cocono Susukino shopping mall, Kinojikoji shopping street, Nijo market.

Cons:

1.The bathroom especially bathtub area cleanliness need to improve.
2.At night, the room light is not bright enough.

Staff and location are awesome; decision to have a singular heater/ac system for all is ridiculous!!!
Pros:

Location. Good breakfast. Employees were great!

Cons:

No individual thermostat in the rooms. Different people prefer different temperature settings. Never seen that before. Also, suggest to leave the window open, it cooled the room a little bit then you can hear the crowd loudly in the early morning. Unacceptable
