値段の割にはおもてなしが感じられませんでした。
Pros:

全てに関してアクセスが良かったです。

Cons:

エコーを全面に打ち出していますがそれなりの価格設定なので、アメニティ、部屋掃除は考えて頂きたいです。
特にシーツ交換を毎日交換してもらえるのがホテルだと思っています。

One of the best places to stay for the Snow Festival
Pros:

Location is amazing; 3min away from bus and train stations, from shopping center and delicious local stores, restaurants and more. It is very close to the Susukino Venue of the Snow Festival and not far from Odori Park.
Facilities are also nice; normal amenities package; and buffet breakfast. The staff is amazing - they helped with restaurant reservation and luggage storage; and they speak very good English too. The room is spacious and it even has nespresso machine.

Cons:

To be honest, nothing. Seriously. I know I had better breakfast at other places like Sheraton but it's irrelevant to compare. Mercure's breakfast is really good too with a lot of variety.
