Sharing my appreciation for Julie! She had a warm demeanor and really helped me out when my car unexpectedly got a punctured tire on the highway.

The room was extremely cold the heat did not work we had to use our jackets and towels to cover the air vent.
Staff members were amazing here and deserve a lot of credit for their customer service!
The main issue I had was the bed. The springs and the bed itself are not comfortable. Very hard and woke up in pain.
Dishwasher soap cover missing, asked and not replaced.
No hot water on first night. A Letter with a paragraph staying so is not an adequate notice. The staff should lead with "Btw, we have no hot water." When I was checking in with an infant, this would have been good to know.
Advertising cribs and not having cribs is unsafe at worst and annoying at best. Saying you would send up pack and play and not doing so is also annoying. To be fair, the staff offered to do so when I got back from work with baby on the second night, but at that point in the evening, I just wanted to get baby to sleep.
The location was good for our purpose
We had a hard time adjusting the temperature. The bathroom door was always in the way of the rest of the room. I’m in a wheelchair so that made it inconvenient.
