ibis Pune Viman Nagar Hotel

It was a decent stay when you are travelling for business trips. Decent enough for a business trip when we need good breakfast and comfortable stay.

I'm staying in this hotel . Room are very clean and hygienic. Washroom are also very neat and well mentain. Leena make my stay more comfortable.

Great service - my room was cleaned by leena - and the service was great.Breakfast is also great, the rooms are little smaller in size if it's for multiple people.

Extremely impressed by the housekeeping and room keeping staff and their service. Very good and satisfied. Especially Dnyaneshwar who provided me with an excellent service. Much appreciated!

Overall, the experience was good and the stay was pleasant. The food was decent. There was some confusion regarding garlic naan—it was not included in the buffet, but this rule was not clearly communicated, and even some staff seemed unaware of it, which led to unnecessary confusion.

A special mention to Govind from housekeeping and Nikita at the front desk for their excellent service and professionalism. However, one staff member at the restaurant desk came across as a bit rude while handling the garlic naan query, which could have been managed more politely. They should print the inclusions and exclusions clearly so to avoid such confusion

Wonderful experience at Ibis. The staff is very supportive and takes care of all your needs.
The food is amazing and has a wide variety. The buffet dinner and breakfast is well organised and you can also request for the dishes to be personalized.
Great location, close to mall and all the important areas.
Must visit.

Govind from the House Keeping took good care of us from hospitality perspective. The response from hotel staff is very friendly and quick. Our stay was very comfortable and the location of the hotel is also very nice in the mid of the town
