Breakfast was delicious. Staff were great.
Room a little small.
Clean
Small Rooms
Nice staff and generous breakfast
Nice view but the room was not as large as the one we had before and nor was the bed. I thought it was a bit overpriced.
Perfect for what I wanted and very close to where I was going.
Nothing
Very comfortable, excellent breakfast and friendly staff.
It was a good stay.
Comfy bed and good breakfast
Reception staff could have been a bit friendlier
Everything the staff especially the lady who serves breakfast are helpful and go the extra mile all in all 5stars for everything total recommended
All
My generously sized room was on the first floor as I requested.
Generous storage for my needs and a lovely ensuite bathroom.
All meals are very generous portions and the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Nothing. I used the hotel as a base from which to visit family and friends whilst I was on holiday from Australia.
Breakfast, if you go for the Royal make sure you are hungry.
Rooms are beautifully clean with tea/coffee and biscuits waiting.
Bathroom was spacious and the view from the window was lovely.
It’s also convenient to get into Liverpool City centre by train or bus.
Absolutely nothing, couldn’t do enough for you.
Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Large comfy bed and no road noise even sleeping with the window open; we both had a great nights sleep. Lots of parking, both on site and on road.
The decor is a bit dated in style and leans towards an older clientele. That being said, the hotel is immaculately clean and well cared for; they make the most of what they have.
