Loved the hotel, staff and meals including breakfast were very nice.

Cons:

Car park is small, although we did find a space. Didn't realise until arrival there was no lift which was a problem for my husband who has a health condition. Would definitely stay again though if we can secure ground floor accommodation.

Fantastic hotel. Perfect location and good value. Excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Attentive staff who were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast, good selection and served fresh and hot. Spacious room, comfortable, clean and plenty of storage. Good location for visiting the City. Competitive price.

Cons:

Decaff tea and coffee wasn't the best. No decaff options provided in the room (although didn't ask, and sure they would have provided).

Fabulous stay with great service
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and so much to choose from the cooked breakfast was nice and hot and tasted great. The bed was amazing the mattress was so comfortable firm but soft. The location was great and I had the best view from my room.

Brief but lovely stay in a very nice hotel
Pros:

Our room was lovely - my husband has limited mobility so we were offered the lodge which is on the ground floor. Breakfast was great and the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble

Enjoyed our stay and loved the breakfast
Pros:

Really good breakfast with friendly staff and generous portions.
Welcoming staff on front desk.
Room was clean and had everything we needed.

Cons:

Car park spaces are very small and so tight to get in and out the car, but there is parking outside on the street if needed.
Room was a little stuffy but it did have a window that could be opened which helped.

The perfect end to a perfect day - Everton won and the hotel was great!
Pros:

The location was just right for access to the Hill Dickinson Stadium with Waterloo Merseyrail just around the corner. The staff were lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast exceptional.
