Pros:

Location was good, breakfast was great w many selections

Cons:

Rooms are dated & need maintenance & upgrading. Cabinet doors are all scratched with some not closing properly. Bathroom sink was clogged. Very pricey for what you get

Nice place, pretty central, comfortable
Pros:

There for a basketball tournament. Breakfast was amazing, beds comfortable, plenty of room for a family dinner in the room.

Cons:

It was a great location. We would stay here again.

Pros:

I would give a 4 star but your luggage carts are worthless. I stayed a week so had a lot cloths and food and had to make one trip with stuff falling off. the front wheel locked up and stuff fell off. I will never be back– the added trips took so long I was late for my meetings. Other hotels have nice big racks with a bar for garment bags which I can always do in one trip.

Perfect Stay!
Pros:

Excellent staff and customer service. Clean rooms and fast reliable service. I will use this hotel again for my business needs. Rooms where very quiet and provided the rest I needed. Thank You and continue to provide top notch service.

A good value hotel, but disturbed sleep
Pros:

Asked for, and was given, a room right at the end of the hallway. Comfortable if a little dated, but a good size, with a full kitchen .Very comfortable bed and soft bedding.
Breakfast was excellent, with a large amount of freshly fruit.
We were there in February, and it was exceptional value,
Downside? There is a railroad track literally 30yards from the back of the hotel which overlooks the river. Three trains came through during the night, with the loudest, longest horn blasts imaginable. Obviously not the hotels fault, but be aware. ( having said that, why would a hotel group build a hotel so close to a railroad..!?)

Decent accommodations, with good food!
Pros:

Nice, clean room, although, bed was very hard, i actually checked to make sure it wasn't just a box spring... found a chipped glass in the cabinet after almost cutting my hand washing it. The dinner social was good, no need to eat out. Stayed here for work, so i only slept there.

One evening in a two room suite with out of town family
Pros:

The front desk reception was exceptional helping us navigate an issue with a reservation accidentally placed on a site imitating the Staybridge site. After receiving authorization from Staybridge to release the room, the fraud booking site did release us from the room fees. Thank you!

Potentially looking for a different hotel to stay with in the Future.
Pros:

Breakfast was very exceptional.

Cons:

The staff lied about how early I could check in. Check in time was originally 4 pm, a gentleman I spoke with said if I signed up as a reward member it would ensure early check in time, I tried to check in at 2 when he said to come in and was unable to check into the room. The lady said come back at 3. Then at 3 pm she proceeded to tell me I cannot check in until 4pm. I waited with my wife and kids for hours waiting to check in.
Upon check out a gentleman was spraying water all over the outside of the entrance and got my family and I wet.

Definitely recommend staying here!
Pros:

The hotel had a great atmosphere. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had many options. We actually booked a second night after spending one night there. I wish we had time to participate in the social events planned at the hotel but we were in town for other things.

Good hotel clean convenient and comfortable
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed at the Staybridge while travelling through
On all points it it’s the target the hotel is very nice well maintained clean rooms are comfortable. Being along the river is a nice bonus

Maybe the one thing that goes against it there is a train track behind the hotel but it is hardly used heard it once th entire time we been here

Overall it is our go to place now
