Pros:

The staff was great and the room was clean.

Cons:

My room was right by the kitchen so I woke up super early to banging and clanging pots and pans. Plus 200 for one night was steep.

Great service, and kind staff.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. Space had all the tho gs needed. It was a bit scuffed and beaten up. It just seemed like it needed a refresh. Cabinets had lots of wear and tear. I could hear folks above me walking around. Kind of loud.

Such an enjoyable time at a very wonderful hotel!!
Pros:

EXCELLENT breakfast with a lot of options and even dairy-free options (loved that!)! Very homey, cozy, comfortable, and clean room-it was the perfect size! It was GREAT that there was a paper TV guide included in the room! Wonderful, friendly staff! We had an amazing stay here!! :)

Cons:

I don't think there was anything we didn't like!! :D

Spacious, good location
Pros:

Great place to stay. Location was ideal for our needs. There was plenty of space for our group. Pool and hottub were nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was really good. I loved the fresh fruit and how much space there was to grab the food.

Outstanding Service. Friendly and Professional Staff
Pros:

Customer service & cleanliness of ALL the areas inside and outside!! Friendly and very professional staff. Breakfast and evening meals were awesome. Fitness center was great. The location was near downtown and very close to river.

Pros:

Outstanding breakfast - even free dinner 3 nights a week! Our room on 4th floor was a view of the Missouri River, quiet, very clean and the staff, everyone I talked to, was helpful and sincerely happy to help. We stayed 3 nights and will definitely be back! (note: I do not review often and adamantly insist no one tells me how to review.)

Nice place, pretty central, comfortable
Pros:

There for a basketball tournament. Breakfast was amazing, beds comfortable, plenty of room for a family dinner in the room.

Cons:

It was a great location. We would stay here again.

Cons:

Rooms are dated & need maintenance & upgrading. Cabinet doors are all scratched with some not closing properly. Bathroom sink was clogged. Very pricey for what you get

Pros:

I would give a 4 star but your luggage carts are worthless. I stayed a week so had a lot cloths and food and had to make one trip with stuff falling off. the front wheel locked up and stuff fell off. I will never be back– the added trips took so long I was late for my meetings. Other hotels have nice big racks with a bar for garment bags which I can always do in one trip.
