Very good stay, happy
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bed were large, I had a bath and shower, very happy

Cons:

in the next room was a baby crying, woke me up and heard it most of the evening, but this is not the hotels fault and I requested to move rooms which they arranged, so 10 out of 10 for that.

Bagno panoramico e papaya
Pros:

Posizione comoda con tutte le maggiori attrazioni turistiche raggiungibili a piedi.
Bellissima la vasca da bagno con la parete a vetri sulla stanza: dava una sensazione di ampiezza a tutto il bagno.
A colazione (agosto 2026) ho adorato la papaya fresca quasi tutte le mattine. Mi hanno dato una buona indicazione su dove andare a cambiare, si è rivelato conveniente.

Cons:

Ci sono stato 5 giorni e la colazione era esattamente identica, un po’ di fantasia non guasterebbe.
Non c’erano asciugamani dedicati per il bidet.
La vasca da bagno va bene solo se sei magro, io che non lo sono dovevo incastrarmi. Il tappo della vasca in gomma morbida per me era estremamente scomodo però l’ho trovato anche altrove, probabilmente è una caratteristica Argentina.

Great experience. Everything was close to the hotel, and taxis arrive easily to it.
Pros:

Everything was an amazing experience. Quietly enough despite it's located so close to the avenue "9 de Julio".
Location is nearby to the microcenter (Microcentro in Buenos Aires). Easy access to the hotel by taxi, and there is a parking lot just aside to the hotel in case you rent a car. Breakfast is kind of buffet, you can pick your own food based in proteins (eggs, omelet, slices of ham), dairy, cereals, fruits, coffee, tea and orange juice.

Cons:

Internet is enough for browsing the web. The webpage mentioned that the hotel has a swimming pool, but it is not a deep one, it also is cold and short, so it is not a great experience to be in the swimming pool, but perhaps in summer you can get fresh experience :)

Pros:

colazione più che soddisfacente e varia, ben disposta e sistemata costantemente. Ottimo servizio.
Unica nota, andrebbe tolta prima la cotenna dalla pancetta ;)

Cons:

c'era la vasca con idromassaggio, ma non funzionante e non c'erano avvisi !!

El hotel con el mejor personal de los que he conocido en Buenos Aires, destacable.
Pros:

Lo que más destaco es la atención del personal, especialmente destacable don Wenceslao y también Cristian, el resto del personal muy atento por cierto, pero ellos dos destacables. La ubicación, el desayuno exquisito, la comodidad, limpieza, todo perfecto, la terraza maravillosa.

No hubo nada que nos disgustara

Pros:

Un hotel con excelente ubicación. La terraza tiene buena vista. La habitación es amplia y muy cómoda. El servicio de limpieza es excelente. Buen servicio de Wifi.

Cons:

El colchón de nuestra habitación no estaba muy cómodo. Sería buena idea reemplazar el colchón con uno nuevo.

Ótimo hotel, muito bem localizado
Pros:

Hotel muito bonito, confortável e moderno.
Café da manhã muito gostoso, com boas opções.
Funcionários muito gentis e serviço de quarto muito bem feito. A localização é ótima, próxima ao centro, o que permite visitar vários pontos turísticos a pé.

Cons:

Vaza muita água no box do banheiro. É preciso realizar alguma manutenção para sanar esse problema. Pelo menos, se deixarem dois tapetes no banheiro já ajudaria. A banheira de hidromassagem é muito boa , maa parece que se esvazia sem o acionamento da válvula.

GRATO, CENTRICO Y COMODO
Pros:

El hotel es bastante agradable, las habitaciones son cómodas y si bien, no es un hotel nuevo, creo que hacen lo posible por mantenerlo. El desayuno es lo que mas me gustó, es bastante simple, pero tiene lo necesario para que tenga una variedad que cuenta con productos de buena calidad, sabrosos y frescos; la gente del desayuno son bien atentos.

Cons:

Dos cosas no me gustaron y creo que las pueden mejorar, lo primero es que subí a la terraza, la cual tiene una magnifica vista hacia la 12 de mayo y el obelisco, pero estaba desaseada, poco mantenida y desordenada, creo que es un lugar que pueden potenciar mucho mas. El otro tema fue la cama, son camas con aire y quienes somos de otros lugares no sabemos bien como funciona o si está malo el sistema este llega a ser poco comodo...es algo corregible con buenas instrucciones o que te expliquen en la recepción.
