Standard business hotel in central location
Pros:

The hotel is located at one of the main streets in Buenos Aires. I was there Saturday-Sunday, and it was surprisingly quiet at night. I was really worried re. noise when I came , but the hotel obviously has a good sound insulation,
The room was very nice, with all what is required. Very clean, modern in style and well furnished, with a nice bathroom.
What was disappointing was the bar / restaurant: I only arrived around 9.30 p.m. and wanted to eat something, but the "restaurant" is a few tables at the bar area, and with very poor service. The I was ignored for 10-15 minutes, with personell walking through the room without any reaction. Finally I left and looked outside for something to eat but this clearly was not my choice, as a woman alone and close to 10 p.m at night.... Next morning, however, during breakfast the service was much better, and the breakfast was very good.

Die Lage war gut!

Cons:

Personal war überhaupt nicht fair, keine Late Checkouts möglich- „Zimmer seien alle ausgebucht“ obwohl fast jedes leer stand.
Frühstück ein Disaster, einzig und allein das Gepäck kann man länger dort lagern.

Pros:

La ubicación me pareció excelente. Muy fácil acceso a los principales puntos turísticos, el staff muy amable y me recomendaron donde cenar. Lo recomendaría.

Cons:

El desayuno podría mejorar un poco, el staff no estaba tan presente en asegurarse que todo estaba en orden.

La struttura ci ha richiesto un deposito cauzionale di importo superiore all’intero costo del soggiorno, una pratica del tutto ingiustificata. La prenotazione era espressa in dollari americani, ma al momento del check‑out il personale ha convertito l’importo in pesos argentini applicando un tasso di cambio completamente arbitrario.

Sebbene sulla ricevuta fosse indicato il valore in dollari corrispondente a quello mostrato su Booking, il cambio utilizzato era palesemente scorretto e ha comportato un sovrapprezzo di circa il 30%.

Un comportamento inaccettabile che ha compromesso l’intera esperienza.

Conforto do quarto e localização foram os diferenciais, mas a equipe foi muito solicita e a estrutura do hotel é muito boa.
