Pros:

Good size room with a big fridge. The entrance is from outside like in motels, towels looked not properly washed, there were visible stains. They could work on outside and the reception area, looks very dirty and not inviting. The staff had dirty fingernails, they need to work on it

Cons:

The general reception area needs renovation, cleaning and change in attitude of staff. Unprofessional clothing, dirty fingernails are not welcoming sight. There was a gazebo next to it and since 5 am a lot of workers were happily chatting without consideration. I would skip this one next time in Philly.

Always home away from home
Pros:

I love staying here it's safe the rooms are very clean the view is amazing. This is a wonderful place to stay is the only place we do stay when we are in town. In the manager so professional keep us laughing. 💯💯💯💯

Cons:

My only little issue is the shower floor was needed to be clean way better. Maybe they should use some bleach the housekeepers when scrubbing the showers floors. Just a small head up, I'm retired housekeeper supervisor. Other than that I have no issues.

Really all we did was slept there but for the money this was very clean and friendly staff well worth the stay

It worked great.
Pros:

Location. But we were not offered the week parking deal that the customer in front of us did. Now was because we booked thru you and not directly with Waterloo? At Smart park we are paying $14.95 a day. The gentleman offered the ladies $9 a day.
