Cumplió mis expectativas
Pros:

Buscaba algo cómodo, básico, cerca del aeropuerto y buen precio, así que cumplió con mis expectativas.

Cons:

El piso de la habitación estaba sucio y en la mañana al despertar, habían unos colaboradores haciendo trabajaos de pintura fuera de la habitación y hacían ruido, tanto que me despertaron.

Pros:

No breakfast was served and no coffee pot in the room

Cons:

The Refrigerator was In the Same room as the toilet. No closet or dresser to hang up your clothes, no coffee pot or no breakfast serve no elevator and I was on the 3rd floor at 9 PM, somebody opened my room door with a key, which was a safety issue for me, being a woman, the stairways going up-and-down was quite rusty.

Je ne pouvais pas rester plus que les 12h !
Pros:

Le personnel Exceptionnel de gentillesse et de service. Comme il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur ils nous ont aidé à porter les bagages à l'entrée et la sortie de manière spontanée. La literie était confortable.

Cons:

Tout le reste. La clim dans la chambre, une cata: soit la clim soit on ne dort pas.
La localisation, même si c'est en bord de l'eau et c'est agréable au réveil, il n'y a rien à des Kms autour. Sans une voiture, on ne peut même pas avoir de l'eau.
Le prix payé est très largement surestimé !!!

Cons:

Everything. Cleanliness, Smell, location, bathroom, Hygene, Toilet and refrigerator almost in the same room, dirty floors, not clean bedsits, etc. The place is not habitable in the right sense of the word. disgusting amenities.

Short and Good experience at Waterfront in Phil Airport
Pros:

It was one night only and met the owner for a good talk about his South African Country.
All efficient, clean and affordable.

Cons:

Drop-off the cqrd room keys after hours

Good location, Clean rooms but..
Pros:

Location is fantastic on the river.
Room is spacious and clean

Cons:

No elevator, water dispenser not working. Corridors are not clean even though rooms are clean. Not many restaurants in walkable distance

The bed was comfortable and place clean

Cons:

Not sure if would stay there again. We had to call down to the desk to have the bed redone with everything . For some strange reason the whole one side of the bed; sheets, etc were all wet. We called the desk and he was very accomodating and apologetic to the problem. Came quickly to take care of it.
