It sits off the river
The outside needs major work. The parking lot is a short walk from the hotel. The room appeared clean at first glance but after pulling the sheets back they were stained. The pillow had dried blood on it. If linen is stained just toss it. The shower stall was dirty. Outside of the view? I wouldn’t recommend it. Waited almost 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to even check me in. I did not stay. I ended up paying a little more for a better hotel but much more comfortable and clean. It has potential but it definitely needs a facelift and a cleaning staff.
Comfortable bedding
Lack of customer service
Great location and value
Sounded like 5000 birds outside my window in the morning… LOL
I love the view and the room is always clean.
I really didn't like the bed, it wasn't as comfortable as the last time I stayed.
Everything but the cold weather 😂
Nothing at all
Airport transfer at 3am.
It was horrible!! So bad. Waste of money. The ratings were good so I booked it and I just spent the whole 3 hours I had there thinking how horrible it is. The check in was unfriendly perhaps because it was midnight. My bed was soft with hard parts (springs?) don't know. Was too tired to care. The heater A/C came on loud on my right side and then the fridge would come on super loud on my left. The fire alarm went off twice. It was the shortest most horrible stay. With no rest.
No view of the water in the room, just hotel windows from the hotel next to it...
The room was small but nice. The bed was cozy and the room was comfortable.
The bathroom floor had a lot of other people’s hair all over it.
I liked the location of the building by the docks and the guests being able to see the water. Also the staff were friendly.
The air in the room was thick with cigarette smell, this was the worst part, especially for a non smoker. There were hairs in the shower, it's clear there's no effort to clean it. When I checked in, there is a door next to the clerk, I could see the containers with dirty linens, you probably don't want the guests to see that.
Terrible. I booked this hotel for convenience to the airport. I called the front desk and they confirmed transport was coming, we waited an hour at the airport and they never arrived so we paid for a taxi. Worst stay ever. Dirty gross hotel, terrible service.
The room was clean and the staff was nice.
The outside was badly rundown and there wasn't an elevator. We had to literally drag our big/heavy suitcases up a flight of cement stairs and the view over the rail looked like something from a ghost town. Very disappointed... never stayed at a place like it before and I'm 58.
We loved the waterfront view with the picture windows, and they got us a room by our brother. Great to have coffee in the office too!
The area was a little rough when we were leaving and had to wait in the car to guard the luggage when we left the third floor rooms.
