Very well located in downtown area and the room cleanliness was incredible.

Cons:

I was at 9th floor and it was still a little bit noisy at night (car traffic and voisinage).

Pros:

Petit déjeuner super.
Suite avec chambre fermée suer équipée; on a apprécié a chambre fermée, le salon, la cuisine équipée et le coin dînette.
Le divan-lit n'était pas super confortable et la salle de bain était très petite mais ce n'était pas si grave.
Nous avons dû ouvrir les fenêtres car il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. Par chance, nous avions un balcon, très apprécié.
Les enfants ont adoré l'espace piscine.
Nous y retournerons !

Good value, great location, I'd stay here again.
Pros:

The one bedroom suite was enormous (the size of a regular apartment) with tons of storage, and the balcony would be a real bonus in the summer. The breakfast was better than I expected. The location is amazing.

Cons:

The furniture is a bit dated and the carpet was old. A new shower head would go a long way.

A very pleasant stay in a great location with friendly staff. Comfy beds! I will certainly return!

I had a splendid stay— the bed was comfy and the staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

It would be nice to be able to adjust the temperature in the room (turn the temperature down a bit for sleeping )…

Apt en montreal ville.
Pros:

Llegamos a las 2:30 pm, nos dijeron que entrar era a las 3pm asi que a esperar, con niños y maletas, a las 3 regrese y me dieron solo un apartamento que el otro no estaba listo, que lo entregaban en 30 minutos, asi qué nos metimos todos en un solo apt somos 9, trate de llamar a la recepción y el teléfono estaba malo, baje al loby me dijeron que en media hora mas, Para no hacer largo esto, a las 6pm nos entregaron la otra habitación, y al otro dia nos llamaron a las 10 50 am qué debíamos salir YA.

Cons:

El personal, no sabe dar explicaciones y atienden descortés mente, el incumplimiento de los horarios y el acoso para salir.
