Pros:

Sokution oriented staff.

Cons:

I wanted to stay for half a day and no suggestions were made to accomadate ny need. Not a reflection of the staff, but more products on the shelf or may be the demand and supply perspective. Food for thought..

It was ok but not value for money Baltimore Hotel was far much better quality of room , service and food was 5* and way
Pros:

The service from the people was really good and you should keep them for their hospitality approach

Cons:

The quality of breakfast buffet was very low . No variety and the food was not 4 or 5 star standards even the seating lounge was very old needed to be refreshed and remordinised .

Great service 10/10 staff
Pros:

The staff…
The were amazing, they let us in our room really early and came by to ask if we needed anything and called to check if all was good
We also checked out late without asking and they didn’t bother us calling asking when we were leaving (we were late cuz we stayed for Friday prayer)
The breakfast was a good with many options alhamdulilah
Location was a few minutes walk from the Masjed

Cons:

Biggest issue was the parking. No enough spots and very small spots.
Also the room while clean they are a bit dated and need updated.
