عندما وصلنا للفندق اخبرنا الموظف انا الغرفه المحجوزه لم تعد موجوده والان نسكنكم بغرفه الا غدا وننقلكم الى حجزكم ونحن حاجزين عدد 3 اسره لي ولاولادي والموجوده سريرين ووافقته الرأي لاننا وصلنا من سفر مرهقين واليوم التالي بالفعل تم نقلنا الا الغرفه الثانيه ولاكن التكيف كان معطل تماما وقمت بالاتصال بهم وارسلو فني بعد وقت طويل من مكالمتي لهم من الظهر واتانا بعد صلاة العصر وقام بعمل صيانه ونحن فالغرفه ومعنا طفل رضيع وعند الاتصال عليهم وابلغتهم انني انا واولادي ومعنا طفل عمره شهرين جالسين فالحر سوف اقوم بتقديم شكوه افادتني الموظفه انها هي في قسم الشكاوي ماذا ستفعل ولا يوجد حل سوى الانتظار فهل هذا يعقل ونزلت الا الرسبشن واخبرتهم واتت الي الاستاذه اريح ونقلتنا الا جناح ثالث فالدور السادس وتشكر على تفهمها ولاكن للاسف التكيف كان عطلان واخبرتهم واتا الي عامل اسمه محمد ابصر وقال سوف اصعد فوق واعمل صيانه ولاكن دون جدوى فكانت اجازه سيئه ونفسيتنا اسوء لي ولاولادي هل يعقل بهذا الاجواء نستاجر بسعر 3400 وتكون هذي النتيجه وعليكم مراجعة المكالمات وترون فيها مصداقية كلامي ومحاسبة الموضفه التي اجابت على الهاتف لاتعامل لا مصداقيه لا خدمات لماذا؛؛ نحن عانينا معاناه لايعلم بها الا الله فحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل وكفى
