Pros:

Is a great location and food is good and the staff are really friendly many thanks to Mohamed the concierge really helpful man and very professional

Cons:

The rooms are really old and needs renovation or a least needs some decoration it’s too plain and very old style and everything is really worn out like side lamps and curtains but it’s clean

The room needs better window blinds the ones they have are not dark during daylight.

Decent service but facility desperately needs upgrading
Pros:

Location is very good. Breakfast was amazing and really good quality food. Beds were very comfortable as well.

Cons:

Facility is very old and not in good condition for a 5 star hotel.
House keeping was always so slow to come to our room due to how their work priority was… often i had to go to them to get water/ towels etc which is not what you expect.
