Very disappointing experience. Far below a four-star standard. I would not recommend staying here.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and the duty manager, Mr. Al-Ghamdi, was professional and helpful.

Unfortunately, there were many negative aspects. The hotel was very hot because the air conditioning was not working properly. The hallways, public areas, and even the guest rooms were all uncomfortably warm.

The restaurant supervisor, who was Indian, was not friendly and did not make guests feel welcome. His attitude was disappointing and affected our dining experience.
