It was an nice experience just need improvement
Pros:

Location, bed, shower gel and yes entrance special thanks to only girl in breakfast service and bellman saleem and of course front desk person( sorry not remembering the name)

Cons:

Breakfast service as they were confused with our room number they can come and ask us politely but the whole staff where looking at us and 1 by 1 that’s kinda creepy rest everything perfect

Rest are all good and staff are approachable
Cons:

You can hear all the movements on the hallway including the sound of doors being opened and closed.

The tub was cleaned , but found yellow marks/ water stains in the tub. Could be more cleaner, so the guest can enjoy the hot tub

Heel prettig en vriendelijk receptie personeel
Pros:

Fijne prettige, vriendelijke en persoonlijke ontvangst bij receptie. Receptionist luisterde naar onze wens en gaf ons een upgrade. Bij uitchecken was hij flexibel qua uitchecktijd, wat we erg waardeerden

Very good expérience
Pros:

Everything was great, I was really pleasantly surprised for this first trip to Saudi Arabia. The staff was top-notch, especially the receptionist Mr. Abdellah (I hope I spelled his name right, anyway in Arabic it is written عبد الله). The breakfast was varied and excellent. The toiletries were of very high quality. (I made 2 reservations so I am leaving 2 reviews).

Pros:

Tout était super vraiment surpris pour ce premier voyage en Arabie Saoudite. Le personnel au top spécialement l'agent de l'accueil Mr. Abdellah (j'espère que j'ai bien écris son prénom en tout cas en arabe ça s'écrit عبد الله)
Le petit déj varié et au top.
Les produits d'hygiène de très bonne qualité.

All was great but at the end i forgot my luggage because of the one of the employees.
Pros:

Everything was great.

Cons:

Carrier didn’t wait nor talk nor waited my by the fate to help with luggage. Therefore, i even forgot that i had luggage and went to airport without them.
