Pros:

The room is ok. It is modern and clean. The location is also very good. However, this morning the shower was cold and the pressure was low. This added to the really awkward design made this a very unpleasant experience. On complaining at the front desk there was no apology, no how can we make this better, instead somebody will have a look in 10 minutes. I have managed to come back from breakfast, no sign that any body has been, the water is still cold. This is really unacceptable from a large brand like holiday inn. The breakfast options are not that great and some items are cold (For example the wedges this morning were disgusting). There was no museli so a very small selection of cereal, there is only one coffee machine, so it can take a while to get a drink. On that note the cups are so small that the cappuccino spills over. I stayed in the holiday inn Olaya a few months ago, and that was a superior experience at a lower rate. I am just glad that I am checking out tomorrow. Management does not really care about the experience of their guests.
