Cons:

The “breakfast” problem I had upset me. When booking, I continued with the breakfast included option and paid extra for it. But it was really hard to explain this to the employee at the reception. They said breakfast not included. I contacted Booking customer service and they told me to pay and it will be refunded. Despite this, we could have been tolerated instead of paying extra again. As a result, the option I paid for is clear. This situation was really annoying.

إقامة ممتعة جدا، وكل سبل الراحة سواء فى الغرفة أو الأستقبال متوفرة، وتتمنى أن تقيم فيه فى كل مرة تزو

الاستقبال : الموظفين جزاهم الله خير يعكسون ماجبل عليه آبائهم وأجدادهم من الكرم والجود وطيب النفس ورحابة الصدر فى مملكة الخير.
نظافة الفندق : الفندق فى غاية النظافة، حتى فى الغرفة التى أقمت بها كانت للمدخنين لا تبقى رائحة الدخان، فالهواء يتجدد مباشرة ورائحة العطور فى كل أرجاء الفندق، والتككيف فى كل الفندق ممتاز، ناهيك عن نظافة الغرفة بكل تجهيزاتها، كما أن غرف الفندق واسعة وفى غاية التجهيز مما يجعل النزيل فى راحة تامة.
وجبة الإفطار : مائدة طعام مفتوحة تزخر بما لذ وطاب من خيرات الله، وتغنيك عن وجبة الغداء.
كافتيريا الفندق وقاعة الأستقبال : الخدمة جيدة جدا وأسعار المشروبات مناسبة ومعقولة والصالة مجهزة بجلسات وثيرة ومريحة.
بإختصار أقامتى كانت ممتعة جدا، ولن أختار غير هذا الفندق أن كتب الله وزرت مدينة الرياض مرة أخرى، متعة الإقامة فيه تفوق مادفعته من ثمن الإقامة.
