Important information:

Séjours et Affaires Tours Léonard de Vinci is changing its opening hours:

Monday to Friday: 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 7pm;
Saturday: 9am to 12pm
Closed on Sundays and public holidays

If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel in order to obtain the access code.

Please note that no breakfast will be served on Sunday morning and on public holidays.

Housekeeping is done once a week.

The credit card used to make the booking as well as personal identification will be requested upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

je m'attendais à mieux mais séjour correcte et ok pour 1 nuit
Pros:

bonne communication avec le personnel, bonne situation géographique, facile d'accès, prix intéressant

Cons:

un peu trop de poussière surtout sous les lits, couverture trop fine pour l'hiver, voisins bruyants au milieu de la nuit

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour accéder rapidement a la ville. Les chambres sont spacieuse et la literie confortable. La dame qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner est sympathique.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécier le rideau de douche qui vous colle et la taille de la douche. La télécommande de la tv ne fonctionnait pas et l'évacuation de l'eau du lavabo de la salle de bain ce fesait difficilement.

Buena ubicación y tranquilidad. Un trabajador del hotel que nada tenía que ver con la atención al cliente fue de gran ayuda para encontrar nuestra llave de habitación.

Cons:

Desorganización en la llegada al hotel.

Si llegas fuera del horario de recepción tienes que buscarte la vida para encontrar tu sobre con la llave de la habitación ya que no dan indicaciones adecuadas.

Parking mal indicado, la plaza que ponía en el sobre no se correspondía con las reales, además de que una vez aparcamos el coche el acceso al hotel desde el aparcamiento estaba cerrado con llave. Tuvo que abrirnos otro cliente desde dentro del establecimiento.

Cons:

j'ai eu un peu de mal à entrer, car il était 19h30 et personne à l'accueil, mais des résidents m'ont aidée.

Walkable into town and very near train station. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy

It didn't seem like it had been vaccumed well. There was a water heater in the bedroom which was noisy. Could definitely do with some updates to the room

Superbe appartement hôtel que je recommande ++++++
Pros:

Parfait ! Emplacement idéal, à deux pas du centre-ville.
L’hôtel-appartement est très propre et bien entretenu.
Le personnel d’accueil est très aimable, et un parking se trouve juste à côté de l’établissement. 👍
Pour information voyageur : Pas de petit-déjeuner le dimanche, mais à Tours, on trouve facilement de quoi savourer un bon petit-déjeuner à l’extérieur.
Et puis le dimanche est aussi un jour de repos pour le personnel, ce qui est tout à fait compréhensible.
