Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Flair des Hotels ansprechend mit Restaurant und Bar. Sehr zentral gelegen. Es gab auch Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Betten waren extrem weich. Frühstück war ok, aber die Auswahl nicht sehr groß. Nachfüllen hatte Sonntag auch nicht so gut geklappt. Parkhaus zu Fuss ein paar hundert Meter. Mit dem Auto ca. 6km. Jansdam 1. Parkhaus ohne Kennzeichnung.

Pros:

De locatie was erg prettig, vlakbij centrum. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en de kamers superschoon!

Cons:

Mogelijkheid om raamrooster dicht te doen, vanwege geluid op straat. Hier kan het hotel verder niet zo veel aan doen.

The best hotel in Utrecht
Pros:

A wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. So close to restaurants, shops and bars. Quiet at night. Any time I visit Utrecht I’ll stay at the Court Hotel.

Prettig centraal gelegen hotel
Pros:

Gezellig ingerichte kamer met koffie en thee faciliteiten. Luxe gevoel. Goede bedden en dito beddengoed.
Goed te verduisteren en heel centraal gelegen in het centrum van Utrecht.
Twee losse bedden was een mogelijkheid.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is erg standaard en weinig zelf gemaakt of 'vers'. Dat is jammer, aan de andere kant wat het ook niet erg prijzig, dus is dit wel in verhouding.
Contact met de engels sprekende telefoniste was onduidelijk (we wilde nog wat navragen over de kamers, maar ze kon ons niet correct helpen door onvoldoende kennis of de taalbarrière, dat was jammer)

Not what we expect.

That it was near the center.

Cons:

We first check in our room and we notice that it wasnt perfect clean there was shoes print in the shower, drops arround the toilet, a Black mark at the bed, so my husband decide to change room. In the second room bed was clean and the bathroom was OK...but the Main door was with a problem our card didnt work so we have to go down in a reception to ask to fix it and off course the shower if you stay more that 5 minutes its floating with the water, its not going down. So yes it was dissappointing for a hotel to pay 150€ per night and not be able to enjoy a shower.

Ein stressiger Tag, den wir so nicht wieder erleben wollen.
Cons:

Wir hatten wie bei Booking.com beschrieben eine rollstuhlgerechte Wohneinheit erwartet. Da die Wohneinheit nicht rollstuhlgerecht war, mussten wir am gleichen Tag die Rückreise antreten - 330 km. Wir hatten leider beim einchecken bezahlt. Anstatt den Betrag zurückzuzahlen, hat das Hotel 245 € Stornierungsgebühren einbehalten. Das ist aus unserer Sicht eine Frechheit. Für die fehlerhafte Beschreibung bei Booking.com zahlt in diesem Hotel der Gast. Das haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Der Support bei Booking.com war leider auch nicht besser. Die Angelegenheit geht Booking.com nichts an, da wir bereits eingecheckt hatten. Uns fehlen die Worte.

Disappointing Room , Very nice staff
Pros:

My wife and I reserved the Judge's Canal Room Jan 30-31 . First on the positive side: Your staff members Antonella (for our check in on Jan 30) Julia (for our check out on Jan 31) and Semi were very welcoming, professional and helpful.
On the negative side : The room and the amenities were very disappointing. Here is a list the negative points:
- Broken bathroom light
- Unfixed - unstable Bedside light
-broken trash bin in the room by the coffee/tea area
-Flaking wall paint
-Frayed and worn out carpets
-1 of the chairs for sitting outside was broken
-No kleenex in the wooden box for this purpose
- No coffee spoons
-No standard TV channels available (BBC )
Such a shame as the room and location could be perfect with the attention it deserves.
