No WiFi, big problem
Pros:

First of all, I requested a third floor room and got the second floor. I know they can’t guarantee floors but that was annoying. But the big issue was the WIFI did not work on any floor but in the lobby. I needed internet for business and of course streaming didn’t work on the tv because of the lack internet. And to top it all off the ice machine on my floor didn’t work either. Very disappointed

The breakfast had a nice selection of items for everyone...

Cons:

Because we stayed 2 nights our trash was not picked up until we left.

The best thing about this hotel was that it accommodated pets, but at a high price.
Pros:

The property was adequate for my needs.

Cons:

The price was considerably higher than the quality or location of hotel. I was told that it was tourist accommodation. I live in a tourist location also and do not accept that explanation.

Struttura rinnovata, ampio parcheggio disponibile, bevande calde sempre a disposizione; camera confortevole,pulita e ampia.

Cons:

Avrei preferito avere un servizio di pulizie e cambio biancheria quotidiano; la zona colazione è troppo piccola, non sempre sufficiente ad accogliere tutti gli ospiti; troppa fila al buffet in alcuni giorni della settimana

Nice room, but poor service and maintenance made the stay disappointing.
Pros:

- Both indoor and outdoor pools
- Room was comfortable, TV in the room was nice and the kids enjoyed it

Cons:

- The bathroom next to the pool was out of service, and the next available bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper.
- Both the indoor and outdoor pools ran out of towels for an extended period. Towels were only restocked after we asked a staff member to check.
- We were informed that rooms are cleaned every second day, which is perfectly acceptable. However, when housekeeping came, they only replaced the towels and emptied the trash. After speaking with the front desk, I was told they were also supposed to make the bed and perform a proper room cleaning. The housekeeper even pointed out that there were spare trash bags in the bin, as if guests were expected to replace them themselves.
- Breakfast was decent, but many items were frequently empty for long periods, leading to unnecessary queues because a single staff member was trying to keep up with refilling everything.

A beautiful place to stay at on the cape
Pros:

Easy to get to , immaculate,

Cons:

They need to out safety strips in the bathtubs which were very slippery . We are elderly and almost fell even with a safety bar. Other than that the Hampton inn was excellent.

Consistently good. Very nice location on the Cape
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. Front desk staff is consistently friendly & efficient. Very good location. Old Kings Coffee is s short drive ( left out of the parking lot). Rte. 28 is a busy road, so be prepared to wait a bit ( especially during late Spring to early Fall) for a break in the traffic to get out of the parking lot. Hotel is clean, beds comfy (housecleaning service every other day). Good little gym and a small indoor pool, hot tub and outdoor pool. Ample parking. Coin-operated washer & dryer. They were renovating the entire 2nd floor of this 3 floor hotel when we were there, so construction noise during the day on weekdays at the moment.

Great Place to Stay
Pros:

Nice central location to Yarmouth and Hyannis, along with the rest of the Cape. Only 5 minutes from Highway US-6 exit 72. Modernized hotel and rooms, great new amenities. Decent breakfast. My only gripe is that exiting the hotel lot onto Route 28 is a bit hazardous, what with some nasty potholes and difficulties getting out onto the roadway with lots of traffic back and forth (along with hard-to-see traffic coming from the left). I can only imagine how bad this must be during peak summer season.

Fun and relaxing time in Yarmouth with family!
Pros:

Brand new hotel with a nice pool and hot tub. Great breakfast and lovely employees at reception and among the cleaning staff. Nice amenities, including tea and coffee at reception and cookies at night—my kids loved it!
