Will be back
Pros:

The friendly welcome on arrival the girl at the front desk was so nice. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager. She was also friendly . The guy who cooked breakfast was great and helpful as well

Cons:

The hotel was getting some upgrades but it didnt really bother us everyone was nice and it was clean.

Great!
Pros:

Loved having the breakfast included. Also, very nice to have the tea/coffee bar open outside of the breakfast hours. Also,
great to have the citrus water available in lobby.

Cons:

Didn't realize that guests with dogs were staying on the ground floor, where we were. I'm a dog lover, but there was a dog near our room that yipped for 15 minutes straight when I was trying to go to sleep. I did alert the front desk and the issue resolved quickly

Enjoyed being on the Cape but expected more from this pricey hotel
Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

1. We requested rooms near each other at booking & they were a floor apart
2. No inner window curtain for privacy
3. Long brown stain on the seat of the desk chair
4. No explanation of amenities at checkin

Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good- no complaints. The best part of my stay was the quiet and peace location.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
Pros:

Recently had the pleasure of a very nice stay at Hampton Inn & Suites, West Yarmouth, MA. We stay here a few times each year for short getaways and have had perfect visits each time. This time we requested a king suite which was quite large and comfortable including a living room area, kitchen counter space with fridge, and huge bathroom vanity area. All staff were friendly and professional. Letroy at the front desk was quite helpful. We enjoyed the extensive complimentary breakfast which was so convenient each morning. Looking forward to a next visit.

Nice but over charged
Pros:

Pool and jacuzzi

Cons:

We booked room with Jacuzzi in room but was called bye property on Oct 29th and told room with Jacuzzi was no longer available and price reduced to $170 from original price of $210 yet we were charged $210 at check in even though I explained to receptionist.
