Will be a great place once they are done remodeling!
Pros:

They were in the middle of a remodel which they didn’t tell us until after booking. Sure it will be nice once it is all completed Pointed out to front desk overlooked things in our room(dirty q-tip) on table and they seemed indifferent. No breakfast except sandwiches they brought in and microwaved due to remodeling. Need to get working ice machines!! It has potential once remodeling is done.

Cons:

Would have enjoyed having some place to sit outside in the evening.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. We came here last year as well and similar complaints
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast, the staff, the pools

Cons:

The cleanliness. The floors in halls did not seem to be cleaned and all of the garbage bins were overflowing outside. The towel cabinets in outdoor and indoor pools were also empty

Very convenient,comfortable and accommodating
Pros:

Very clean! Indoor and outdoor pools. Pour your own beer taps was very cool. Breakfast included. And the staff was wonderful and very personable

Pros:

I stayed at the property in late June and its was noticeably cleaner and the amenities were better.

Cons:

Compared to June 2026 visit, the rooms were not as clean, the elevators weren’t cleaned and the breakfast amenities were inferior.

I am currently staying here. We checked in last night. Today, our room key stopped working after trying to enter after a Long Beach day. Ahousekeeper nearby let us in our room with her master key (note- without verifying our identity)

Shortly after, a man used a key card to enter our room. I just went down to the front desk livid. They offered no explanation other than they thought our room was vacant??


I asked for a manager. They say no one is on site.. They gave me a card - the number on this does not get thru to anyone just the front desk which no one has ever answered since the start of our stay. I sent an email to the manager + contacted the Hilton complaint dept. no one has contacted me to date.

I am post partum with 2 small children here. The man entered our room after we had gotten out of the shower. Im already uneasy staying at hotels so this really stoked my fear. I had to barricade our door last night…

We spent almost $900 for 2 nights here. This is absolutely unacceptable especially from a Hilton hotel

No WiFi, big problem
Pros:

First of all, I requested a third floor room and got the second floor. I know they can’t guarantee floors but that was annoying. But the big issue was the WIFI did not work on any floor but in the lobby. I needed internet for business and of course streaming didn’t work on the tv because of the lack internet. And to top it all off the ice machine on my floor didn’t work either. Very disappointed

The best thing about this hotel was that it accommodated pets, but at a high price.
Pros:

The property was adequate for my needs.

Cons:

The price was considerably higher than the quality or location of hotel. I was told that it was tourist accommodation. I live in a tourist location also and do not accept that explanation.
