Me gustaria aver podido ablar dueño de hotel y eso va para usted es preferible de gastarse El Dinero intalaciones baños pierden agua parquet llega agua Puerta poner toallas piso para no se inunde avitacion griferia ducharse ras de suelo incredible dimos nuestras quejas porque encima tenias que utilizar tollas nuestras de baño piso pasan por la avitacion a limpiar se Las llevan no Dejan asi tuve que hir pedir reception I encina Dan dos tollas la verdad davan pena esta para trapos increible no se save tiempo llevavan hay por El olor me inagino umedad no puse secar con ella de por echo compramos dos tener fue demasiafo pero eso no es todo subimos picina amacas rotas paragua del sol rajados no se maintenian Veias los cliente intentar travarlos estavan mayoria rotos fu pesimo y michas mas cosas mejorar lo unico bueno personal de comedic del resto no uvo ganas de volver sin esajerar ponganse pilas ya da pena como los hotel del Puerto an llegaso a esto 4 Estrella dicen vergonzoso.

Cleaners didn’t come in for 2 days of the stay. The shower wasn’t useable as it flooded the room on the floor below and flooded the bathroom.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Our room had a disgusting sewage smell in the bathroom. We were informed that there was no other room as the hotel was fully booked that night. It was a serious breach of health and safety regulations to have us stay in this room for the night.

The beds were separated and were bended so the sleep wasn't comfortable.
We have complained about the wi-fi that wasn't working many times, and the answer was always "if it's working here, it has to work up to the 7th floor as well", well... It wasn't

Disappointing, noisy & uncomfortable bed.

Cons:

Very basic room , noisy road outside & patio door didn’t take it away or slat window in bathroom very loud, bed creaked every time I moved, shower had to be held as faced wall worn fixing, balcony had flower beds - or should I say weed beds ( no flowers) and over 50 cigarettes ends (as a non smoker not great to see) , doors banged when people left rooms, buffet breakfast looks good on first impression but wasn’t great. Beggers asking for money nearly every street , felt unsafe at times. Only two sockets in room, one could only use if holding in, tv looked unsafe with bare wires showing so didn’t use.
