No side table in one of the rooms.
I liked the location & how accessible the shuttle services were. The personnel was also top tier & I appreciate that! Also, there were a lot of good restaurants around and gas stations. Food delivery services were also available. There was hot water, an indoor pool, and the bed was really comfortable. The fridge, tv, phone, and all the lighting were serviceable and the furniture inside the room was good too, it worked well with the space.
The room could’ve been better cleaned but there were no weird smells. There was some mold in the bathtub wall and spider webs inside the a/c unit. The curtains weren’t blackouts and the a/c didn’t had a setting to leave the fan on so it got hot at times and it wouldn’t go down less than 65.
Arrived very late. Receptionist made check in so smooth. Breakfast was as expected and filling.
We liked having a pool, though small, as well as a handicap accessible room with a stool for the shower for my 87 year old mom. We definitely appreciated the airport shuttle.
the alarm clock went off at midnight-- we did not set it, and I did not realize I should check it. this was extremely disruptive!

Woke up to use the bathroom and roaches were all over the tub, walls, and floor!!! Didn’t go back to sleep, just got all my stuff ready to go.
Our toilet did not work. They didn’t have a different room so they gave us the key to a room that had a broken AC but working toilet. When I went to shower and the bathroom fogged you could see where someone wrote in the steam last time. When I lifted the bathmat to unfold it there was soap under it on the floor.

I did not like anything cause the workers were not showing hospitality from the time I came in.
I was not happy with the way my reservation went. I got there @ 2:30 pm half hour before checking. The women sat in the back never got up to see if I need help. There is a camera that shows you someone @ the front desk. Another Women was walking by and I had to make know I was here early not sure if I could check in. She said she could help.me. She asked for my name first then I told her I have a conformation number still couldn't find it. I said i have the email she looked @ it. She call another women from the back asked her did she do this then they were talking. My reservation was canceled that morning by the employee. Not @ 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm. I came.all the way from N.Y. to not have a room. It was so inconvenience I had to find another hotel with short notice. Holiday Inn took care of me with nice and pleasant way. Comforter Inn Suite did not want to admit they messed up. They blame booking.com for messing several people up. They said that you have been doing this to alot of people. I mention in the booking I will pay @ the property. They had no compassion @ all I had a breakdown i been dealing with so much death that this get away was suppose to help being around family. They were like sorry we are all full due to the holiday. I book in advance cause of that. Comforter Inn Suite will never have to worry about me ever.
The bed was comfortable, and I was given a corner room that had lots of space.
Housekeeping needs to do better with cleaning the rooms. Also, there seems to not be housekeeping cleaning everyday which is odd. I shouldn't have to ask for towels and the the trash to be taken. I know i wasnt the only one because i saw others carrying towls from the reception area. The food was just ok, didnt have much flavor, but the options were good.
