Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and food options just minutes away. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to relax. The staff was exceptionally polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The only issue I experienced during my stay was with the air conditioning. It seemed like it would shut off or stop cooling between about 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. I sleep best in a cool room, so it made it difficult for me to rest comfortably. Since I couldn’t get back to sleep, I ended up taking late-night walks along the beach. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay, but I hope the air conditioning can be checked for future guests.

Pros:

I truly loved the layout of the 2 bedroom room, It allowed for each guest to have privacy and independence from each other. Hotel was in an ideal location with many restaurants and shops nearby.

Cons:

The breakfast wasnot well attended to, sparse and hard boiled eggs were sitting in cloudy water. The check-in procedures weren't fully explained and the clerk was not welcoming. The rooms would be efit from an update. The pillows were too small

From good, to bad, to much better.
Pros:

This is our fourth time staying and it was very different than our previous stay. The location I always great and close to everything we are doing such as the beach, zoo, ODU, and military base (farthest we had to travel). Most staff are pleasant and the rooms are spacious. Pool for the kids the relax in at the end of the day.

Cons:

This visit we had an extremely rude front desk person who was filling out. We spoke with two managers and one was able to handle some concerns immediately and the GM handling the other when staff returns. Our original room had roaches, which exterminators were contacted for and it also had a bad smell to it. We have never seen bugs in our previous stays. Our room was switched due to this issue and there was no bugs or odor in the other room. We also had an issue with trying to get our room cleaned from the room employee, who hung up on me twice and an absolute nightmare to deal with. However, the MOD that day David handles everything for us. Once the GM returned on our checkout day she handled everything else. Thanks David and Dana for your courtesy and help. It really recovered my view of the hotel.

Clean and cosy
Pros:

Clean, good parking area, nice location and neighborhood. Breakfast was very satisfying. There is a starbucks next to the hotel.
