The first thing was the refrigerator did not work. It was hot, it was not cold at all. The bathroom wrack in the bathroom was hanging on one screw. The room was not at the best smell when called the front desk to see if we could switch, they said they had nothing. And I paid over two hundred and something dollars for the room, so I was very unsatisfied

Was not the best pick hotel.

Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful. I got in early. They assisted me with getting room ready for me at no extra charge. They were just fabulous and I will definitely come again.

Pros:

Hotel suite has two rooms and it is pretty comfortable. Hotel prices are very affordable

One of the rooms have no curtains to stop then morning sun, so it did wake me up every time

Staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was extremely helpful when my travel plans changed unexpectedly and they worked diligently to accommodate me.

It was okay until we couldn't watch TV and this made my husband angry

Pros:

Breakfast was almost all processed food which I try and not eat. There were scrambled eggs which I ate but nothing else . there is a Starbucks on the corner which helped. Rooms were a little worn but still very functional. Bed was comfortable. This was maybe a bit overpriced for what it was but was absolutely perfect for what I needed. I needed to be close to the botanical gardens. It is a bit of a drive if you want to go to Virginia Beach tho and I was using Uuber. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall was happy with my stay there and would return if needed to be in that area.

I would not stay here again….however I did feel safe and got thru the night with the smell

Cons:

My room smelled awful….like wet dog. There was what seemed like mold on the ceiling and the air conditioning unit had some particles in it so I was reluctant to turn on.
