Pros:

Convenient location among posh residential neighborhoods which helps for people attending family functions. Room was very clean and user friendly with prompt service.

Pros:

Location is great. But that is all this property has to offer.
Rooms are not well kept. Staff is poorly trained and have no idea what they are doing.

They tried to separate 2 rooms (1 family) on separate floors saying thats the only way they can assign rooms.

Bedsheets were torn and wore out. Towels were not properly washed. Breakfast was mediocre.
