Pros:

I have stayed at many Hampton Inn's before and I am always pleased. But the cleaningness and staff here were very disappointing! The room was spacious enough but not clean by any means. When I was getting in bed I noticed black hairs on the sheets and pillowcase. Thankful I always bring my own pillows! The shower had hairs on the shampoo bottles that were half empty! The conditioner and body wash bottles were almost completly empty! The next moring I told the front desk, she appologized and said as soon as the maid got in she would send her up to make my bed with clean sheets and address the bathroom. When I got back in room Bahroom was addressed but the maid didnt bother to make the bed. Only put sheets on the table. Do they even wash the bedspreads?? Again I was thankful I had a blanket in my car that I used!
Breakfast was not too bad, but coffee was tolerable at best. Pool looked gross. When was that last cleaned?? i heard a mom tell her child the pool is too icky to swim in!
I know this isn't a high class area but Hampton Inn YOU can do better!!

Overall nice stay, clean facility and room.
Pros:

The facility and rooms were clean. The staff were friendly. It was very quiet. I had concerns because our room was near the elevators.

Cons:

In our room, rm 314, The box springs underneath the mattresses on both beds need to be changed. They made noise every time we moved. They are old.
