Tolle erholsame Urlaubswoche in sehr schönem Hotel mit sehr guter Küche

Sehr schönes, familiäres Hotel mit schönem Spa und gepflegter Außenanlagen

Cons:

Wir waren noch nicht betroffen, aber am April wird die Gemeinde Parkgebühren für den öffentlichen Parkplatz unmittelbar vor dem Hotel erheben. Bushaltestelle ist zwar in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber die Frequenz des Busses war teilweise 2-stündig (Winterfahrplan). Diese beiden Negativerfahrungen kann das Hotel aber nicht beeinflusse, sondern nur die Gemeinde!

Für Wellness nicht geeignet aber das Frühstück ist perfekt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, frisch und gut.

Cons:

Es war als Wellnesswochenende angedacht. Am Tag der Anreise haben wir dann im Spa-Bereich herausfinden müssen (kein Hinweis beim Check-In), dass der Pool nur als Kneipp-Becken genutzt werden konnte. Aufgrund eines Defekts befand er sich in der Aufwärmphase. Am Folgetag war jedoch zumindest subjektiv keine weitere Temperatursteigerung ersichtlich. Auf Rückfrage an der Rezeption kam nicht mal eine Entschuldigung, sondern lediglich die Rückmeldung, dass man nicht weiß wie die aktuelle Temperatur ist. Am Samstag wollten wir dann noch den Saunabereich nutzen. Leider ging die Dampfsauna nicht. Hinzu kam noch, dass die Duschen im textilfreien Bereich ebenfalls nicht funktionierten und dies von einem Handwerker im laufenden Betrieb repariert wurde. Dies wirkte für uns befremdlich.
Leider hatten wir unter mehreren Alternativen uns hier für Wellness entschieden. Wer ausschließlich für diese Zwecke dort bucht, sollte sich über die Einsatzbereitschaft der Saunen und des Pools vorab informieren oder ein anderes Hotel buchen.
Ansonsten sind in den Zimmer die Badezimmerarmaturen mehr nach der Optik als nach Funktionalität gewählt worden und benötigen im Zweifel etwas Geschick.

Gemütlichkeit gepart mit sehr leckerem Essen serviert von einem sehr freundlichen Personal.
Pros:

Positiv waren wir überrascht von dem Willkommensgruß, die Näpfe und das Bett mit Handtuch für unsere Hündin. Das Zimmer hat für unsere vierköpfige Familie plus Hündin viel Platz und einen guten Blick über die Hotelanlage sowie Umgebung geboten. Besonders gemütlich ist die Lobby gestaltet, die zum Verweilen einlud.

Cons:

Das Indoor-Schwimmbecken hätte ich mir wärmer gewünscht. Es hätte mir sehr geholfen, wenn im Zimmer eine kleine Kochnische vorhanden gewesen wäre.
