Convenient for an overnight motorway stop. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Only 1 towel. Charged £20 extra for dog and £5 extra for parking, neither of which were made clear. Lights flickering, carpet and room were tired.

Lots of hidden costs

It is a good location.

Cons:

When booking I wasn’t aware of the extra £20 charge for pets and I was under the impression parking was included. Lots of hidden costs and the rooms were very hot and stuffy. Also the door looked like someone had tried to break in before which made me uneasy. Staff were excellent and helpful. But the extra hidden costs where disappointing.

Really enjoyed my weekend stay at the Ramada Milton Keynes and I would certainly return there again.
Pros:

I found the Ramada Hotel staff very Polite, Helpful and Professional and did everything possible to assist in my questions and Issues with regards to the booking, parking and room queries I had. I thought the Restaurant area was Clean, Tidy and the staff were Helpful, Friendly and Polite and the food was Hot, Well Cooked and Readily available. The room itself was exactly as I requested and issues I had with my automated card were dealt with in a more than satisfactory manner.

Cons:

I could find nothing that I would suggest needed improving other than maybe informing new guests about how the room facilities work in conjunction with the automated card.
