Staff friendly
Carpet had dirty stains close to the headboard. Moved the bed by mistake under bed was very dirty. Struggled to sleep first night due to dust my asthma was high. Reported to the morning staff the room was cleaned and I think carpet in room 96 is due for changing. Cleaners left the door open and entry card was there. Went to report to the reception. My valuables could have been stolen and defiantly they were going to decline it.
Nothing
The first room smelt of pee as soon as you walked in. Left instantly and got a second room where the door was open at arrival and didn’t lock properly it also had a strong fresh paint smell. For a cheap place to sleep it’s not amazing but you had a bed even though it was sooo uncomfortable. But I will not be going back.
Na
Dirty bathrooms.
Spit on the walls in bedroom poor upkeep.
Grouting dirty and hairs on walls and floors of showers
Nothing it was the worst stag I've ever experienced anywhere in the world.
Staff are rude and unhelpful.
Argumentative dismissive and aggressive
You charged me twice and denied it over and over and would not refund.
You then done exactly the same this again and charged me twice for late check out.
Not only did you charge me twice for the room and then again twice for late check out.
You lied about it both times
Then I had to take all of the money out of my account and move it to another account as you receptionist decided to keep putting the late check out charge through about 7-8 times
And lied about that too.
I had to drive back to Milton Keynes to sort this out as they wouldn't listen.
I was obviously up set. ( I didn't swear or be offensive to any one) However I was upset.
Once I left the site again after asking for head office number and managers details. You then conveniently refunded me. Which you spent an hour arguing with me that you didn't do or owe me. You Caused complete chaos ruined my stay and then refunded me once I drove off
I then booked again for a 4 week stay to give you another chance.
You took the booking and my money.
Then once I arrived the same receptionist told me I was black listed.
Black listed because you double charged me twice and lied about it.
Kind regards
Christopher Errington

Perfect location for a stopover for work in Milton Keynes
Great staff, easy to get to by car, shower was good, bed was comfy
Only had one towell when there were 2 of us. Window openings were small.
The hotel was undergoing refurbishment during our stay, with painting works taking place and decorators’ equipment, bedding and plates left in the corridors. The strong smell of paint remained throughout the night and caused headaches and discomfort for the whole family. There was also significant noise from doors banging and general disturbance overnight, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, the refurbishment and lack of consideration for guests seriously affected our stay.
