Da modificare le luci e l’atmosfera delle parti comuni
Pros:

La stanza era ampia e si presentava bene, ma
mancavano due piastrelle in bagno

L’atmosfera nella hall e nella sala colazione, ma anche il garage sotterraneo appariva in stato di abbandono. L’albergo ha vissuto fasti migliori, ma le camere si presentano bene

El hotel abandonado
Pros:

La cama es muy comoda y las habitaciones estan muy limpias.

Cons:

Llame para registrarme y hacer un early checking, me dijeron que si que era posible , pero deberia de pagar 10 euros por cada hora antes de las 15:00h que decidiera entrar.

Tenia una boda, era la madrina y cuando llegue no me quisieron atender y me dijeron que no era posible y que no podian hacer nada por mi. Lo cual me parecio bastante nefasto teniendo en cuenta que iba a una boda y era el motivo de mi viaje y lo aclare por telefono.

The staff was very unfriendly, low knowledge and rude , the hotel is old , old furnitures , the lift not working , no air conditioning was like a sauna inside the room , everything it’s falling apart there

Great location in Black Forest.
Pros:

Excellent stay in the Black Forest! The modern, spotless room was very comfortable, with the lovely added bonus of a complimentary soft-drink minibar. Breakfast offered an excellent variety of choices, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. Convenient parking right outside the hotel was another great plus. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Although the hotel is non-smoking, unfortunately someone was smoking in the room below us and the smoke was coming into our room. We reported this to reception, and the issue was dealt with promptly. We really appreciated the quick and attentive response from the staff.

Pros:

Zimmer gross und sauber . Ein mal das Zimmer gewechselt ( problemlos) da der Kühlschrank defekt war . Der Griff der Balkontür und der Eingangstür abgefallen ist .

Wir hatten ein großes und sauberers Zimmer mit einem großen Bad. Sehr ruhig gelegen.

Cons:

Es war kein Personal da. Wegen angeblichen Probleme im System lagen eineige Schlüssel auf dem Tresen. Man konnte sich einen Schlüssel nehmen. Wir sind dann herumgeirrt und haben unser Zimmer gesucht. Der Außenbereich wirkte ungepflegt. Insgesamt alles gespenstisch. Als alleinreisende Frau hätte ich mich in den dunklen Gängen unwohl gefühlt

Pros:

Crazy, man kommt sich vor, wie in einem Lost Place. Eine totale Abbruchbude.
Im ersten Zimmer hing die Balkontüre nur noch unten rechts in der Angel.
Die 3 Mitarbeiter, die ich zu Gesicht bekommen habe, waren sehr freundlich und bemüht! Frühstück war ok, dafür allerdings zu teuer. Bei Hitze ist es dort unmöglich. Wir waren im 3. Stock und die Zimmer hatten locker 30 Grad. Nachts war an Schlaf nicht zu denken.
Das Zimmer war sauber und soweit intakt und relativ groß. Der Abfluss der Duschwanne war schon fast zu. Der Schalter der Toilettenspülung kurz vorm Abfallen.
Für Hundebesitzer ist es von der Umgebung her gut (Wald direkt vor der Türe).
Hatte was von Abenteuerurlaub ….
Den Mitarbeitern mussten wir sagen, dass das Schönhörnchen seit 2 Tagen kein Wasser und Futter bekommen hatte!!! Dafür kleben dort Plakate, wie tierfreundlich die Domero Kette sei.

Aktuell kann man das Hotel NICHT Empfeheln

Parkplätze gering aber Kostenfrei
Ruhige Lage im Grünen neben einem Wohnhaus

Cons:

2 Zimmer beide Dreckig aber andere Gäste hatten auch das Problem.
Sauna Geht nicht angeblich Zentral Anweisung, Wasser nur sehr sehr schwach in der Dusche, Bad Dreckig, Ungeziefer im Zimmer, Mini-Bar leer, Fernbedienung TV keine da, Balkon-Tür Defekt in allen Zimmern das Problem ist schon lange bekannt (lt. Hotel Managerin),
Lobby und Hotel brauchen eine Reinigung und komplett Sanierung,
Enge Tiefgarage und die Einfahrt ist zugewuchert mit hohem Unkraut
