Pros:

We had a wedding to go to in the area and it was very convenient

Cons:

We miss the cut-off date for the bride and groom discount because we weren't sure how to use the scan and the wedding invitation. Conditioner bottle in the bathroom was empty

Pros:

Breakfast was very good, and the lady working there was very pleasant and helpful. Bed…perfect. Temp control in room…perfect. BUT… no heat lamp or fan in bathroom. No clock in room. Chairs in the room extremely uncomfortable. Self Parking was nice… and at no cost, as was breakfast. No chest if drawers for unpacking luggage.

Stayed for a wedding party!
Pros:

Hannah at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating! Hotel was great and the maids were on it. Didn’t have time to check out the amenities much but the beds were very comfortable.

Disappointing Hotel
Pros:

NOISY air handling unit in bathroom. Hotel does not allow Silver members complimentary water. First time for that. Nice clean hotel, though.

What a nightmare
Pros:

My family and I were recently displaced by severe storms and spent one night at the Hampton Inn, hoping for some rest during a stressful time. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but restful.
At around 2 a.m., we were woken by a loud party in the room next door that escalated to the point where the sheriff's department had to intervene. Just as we were settling back in, a fire alarm went off at 3 a.m., forcing the entire hotel to evacuate into the parking lot. We were never informed when it was safe to return to our rooms, leaving us confused and exhausted.
I reached out to hotel management afterward to express our concerns, but their response was dismissive. They claimed all procedures were followed and accepted no responsibility for the chaos or the lack of communication during the evacuation.
Given the poor handling of the situation and the complete absence of accountability from management, I can confidently say we will never stay at this Hampton Inn again.
